Guess what you flaming idiots (DJT included). Right after you read this ask yourself a question.
Q: Was either one of Barack Obama's parents a citizen of the United States of America at the time of his birth?
A: Yes
Q: Does that automatically make Barack Obama a natural born citizen of the United States of America?
A: Yes
Q: Does the Constitution of the United States require a president to have been a natural born citizen.
A: Yes
Q: Does the Constitution of the United States require that a natural born citizen be born on soil of the Untied States of America.
A. NO.
If any idiot (including DJT) wanted to deny Obama's citizenship and eligibility he would have to prove A. Neither of Obama's parents was a citizen and B. He was not born on American soil,
Your problem is that it is not an either/or requirement for exclusion. So, before going any further you need to establish that NEITHER of Obama's parents was a citizen of the United States at the time of his birth AND that he was not born in Hawaii.
Do it, or concede the issue.
Article II (Article 2 - Executive)
Section
1
5: No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the
time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of
President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not
have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a
Resident within the United States.

The birther topic was just another attempt by President Clueless to increase the hatred that boils in the his cellar dweller followers. Even when consistently proven wrong he doesn't have the common decency to admit this was BS that his followers ate up.

Status as a natural-born citizen of the United States is one of the eligibility requirements established in the United States Constitution for holding the office of President or Vice President. This requirement was intended to protect the nation from foreign influence.[1]
The U.S. Constitution uses but does not define the phrase "natural born Citizen", and various opinions have been offered over time regarding its precise meaning. The consensus of early 21st-century constitutional scholars, together with relevant case law, is that natural-born citizens include, subject to exceptions, those born in the United States. Many scholars have also concluded that those who meet the legal requirements for U.S. citizenship "at the moment of birth", regardless of place of birth, are also natural-born citizens.[2][3] Every president to date was either a citizen at the adoption of the Constitution in 1789 or was born in the United States; of those in the latter group, there have been seven that had at least one parent who was not born on U.S. soil.[4][5]

The natural-born-citizen clause has been mentioned in passing in several decisions of theUnited States Supreme Court, and by some lower courts that have addressed eligibility challenges, but the Supreme Court has never directly addressed the question of a specific presidential or vice-presidential candidate's eligibility as a natural-born citizen. Many eligibility lawsuits from the2008,2012, and2016election cycles were dismissed in lower courts due to the challengers' difficulty in showing that they hadstandingto raise legal objections. Additionally, some experts have suggested that the precise meaning of the natural-born-citizen clause may never be decided by the courts because, in the end, presidential eligibility may be determined to be anon-justiciablepolitical questionthat can be decided only byCongressrather than by the judicial branch of government.[6][7]

Barack’s brother Malik says Barack was born in Kenya
According to wikipedia, Malik posted a fake birth certificate which has been debunked when presented in one of 17 failed lawsuits challenging Obama's eligibility. None of these lawsuits have ever been successful in law courts.
Obama's real birth certificate is held by Hawaii department of health and has been examined by many people including factcheck.org.

You need to be a natural born citizen to be President.
I just blew up your entire argument with one sentence.
Congratulations! You have earned your way on to the 5 Star Idiots list. I am sure Donald is very proud of you. He needs every idiot he can get to support him. Those that can neither read nor comprehend the Constitution are perfect. A leash is in the mail to your mother with complete instructions on how to use it. Also included is information on birth control and abortion so she can avoid breeding.

Speaking of abortion... the black population in America would be double what it is today without the racist practices of planned parenthood and the Democratic Party.
Sad.

Are you suggesting that a person could be born in Kenya and become President?
Democrats
As a matter of fact YES. If either parent is a citizen of the United States at the time of birth, so is the child. You confuse "natural born citizen" with "born on American soil". Repeating your idiocy may get you a 6 or 7 start rating, but won't accomplish anything else.
Furthermore
Democrats
OK, 7 stars confirmed. We are not talking parties here, we are talking constitutional law. Care to go for 10?
