According to factcheck.org, Bush is partly responsible for more people receiving food stamps because of changes made in food stamp program.  Besides, recession has long term effects that linger after it ends.  There is time lag between time of recession and when people start to apply for benefits.  Under Bush, the number of Americans getting food stamps grew by 14.7 million or 85% compared with 10.7 million or 33% gain under Obama.  So enrollment grew less under Obama.  Other improvements include lower unemployment rate, lower poverty rate, higher corporate profits and highest median household income ever recorded.

There is another possibilty:The man who occupied the Presidency and the boy who went to Punahou School are not the same person.He may very well be an impostor from Indonesia who was sneaked into the USA by the Saudis sometime in the late 80's.

Then,there are the other documents,specifically the draft registration application and his Social Security number that have all the earmarks of a created identity.The application has a postal date stamp with only two digits for the year affixed to it rather than the four standard since Ben Franklin.As for the SS Number,it was issued to a man who was born in the 1890's.The card's number also indicated that it was issued to a Connecticut resident,A state in which Obama never claimed to be a resident.A few years ago,laws were pushed through prohibiting the revealing of anyone's draft registration information and to delink geographical location with SS Numbers.I wonder why?

Snopes rated false the claim that Obama stole the social insurance number of a dead man and used it as his own. Claims of forged IDs as evidence in several lawsuits challenging Obama eligibility have been rejected by US supreme court. 

According to factcheck.org, Obama's draft registration is posted publicly and confirmed by Selective Service.  He is registered in 1980 with numbers 61-1125539-1.
