    Probably not intentionally accepting lies but rather just ignorance and negligence in automatically accepting anything der Fuhrer claims as the gospel truth because he said so.

    I truly believe that even some MAGAs would balk at some things *IF* they knew for a FACT it was a trumpian LIE.  But most don't know one way or the other due to their information bubble, so they accept what he says as fact....... Same does go for Democrats too! - albeit to a much, MUCH SMALLER DEGREE!

    @StumpTownStu

    It’s because liberals are by their very nature weak and would be wiped off the planet if there was a civil war. But it’s been building for a long time. I read a lot of crazy banter online. I think the spark is if the dems truly try to de-arm the public. That is when shit will hit the fan.

    @wallstreetcappers

    If you really think I believe anything any political party says (either side of the aisle) then dude you are as liberally biased as many on this site have said about you. That is sad if that is the case. I will give you the benefit of the doubt and assume your question was strictly rhetorical.

    You literally are the walking personification of ignorance. Honestly you really out not post here but you will. It’s always best to be thought a fool but you insist on opening your mouth and removing all doubt.

     I can't believe dems are actually backing Harris. Have they stopped to think that this person has no idea what's she's doing but they wanna send her out to meet with other world leaders?

     It's a serious hail mary.......but never say never these days.

    You literally are seeing representative democracy stomped on before you by the same people that tore up the State of the Union right behind a sitting president on the night we are all supposed to be united regardless of politics.

    Let's not forget this happened, Nancy must of had a few too many wine spritzers that night.  Fast fwd to last week and she stabbed Joe right in the back in the media no less.  Her fingerprints are all over his whole presidency.  This is what happens when you have lifelong politicians, we do not have an autocracy!!  Term limits!! even if it's a 10-year limit, get these old people who can't drive a car out of making laws for us peasants.  If you wear your glasses on thip of your nose then its time to go....yes you too Chuck Schumer

    @Midnight1

    How about cutting the bullshit.

    Proof of life??

    Seriously?

    No, "seriously" as you say..... Yesterday, as of 24 hours "post announcement" of the sitting President of the United States of America POSTING A PHOTO of his resignation letter, we had not heard a word from him.  This is following up he was incapacitated with COVID.

    You don't think it is reasonable to question the authenticity the state of health of the President!?   When YOU have been lied to for the past several years of his deteriorating health conditions!?

    So now, 72 hours later, we have more information and it further confirms QUESTIONING the health of the POTUS.

    Your dismissal of even thinking to question how bad Jeo's health may be, hours after he was pulled out of a Vegas campaign trip and shipped off to Delaware to be treated for COVID, then basically REMOVED AS PRESIDENT is microcosm example of how ignorant people are to just "BELIEVING" whatever is told to them.

    "SERIOUSLY" as you say...

    Word is trickling out....

    "Hearing that the medical emergency President Biden suffered in Las Vegas was a transient ischemic attack. He was ambulatory, but visibly weak and uncoordinated, consistent with TIA. 10-20% of normal TIAs are followed by a full stroke within the next seven days. With a covid infection, the risk of ischemic stroke is higher as the viral protein significantly increases clotting. It is possible that he had a more severe TIA or stroke in the days since the initial attack."

    I'm sure everyone is aware by now how COVID works.  This, in combination with deteriorating health conditions, is plenty to put an 80+ year old person down for some time.

    Advice for the cesspool subforum....

    Instead of ignorantly dismissing a question of legitimate magnitude, perhaps wait a day or two (or weeks more) for more information to come out before making yourself look foolish.  Good day all peace

    This sounds ridiculous. I'll unpack my original statement. For one, I never hear any combat veterans talking about a civil war. None that I personally know. None that I listen to via podcasts, etc. The people closest to war aren't talking about a civil war. Next, where I did say that I only hear one side talking about civil war, that's not really fair. I know both conservatives AND liberals in my personal life. I know gun enthusiasts on both sides. I never here anyone I personally know talking about civil war. So what it seems to me is we have a bunch Charmin soft internet tough guys playing tactical gear dress up popping off on message boards. And in that, yes, it is all one sided. That doesn't amount to a pending civil war. That's a bunch of unhinged X-Box soldiers who have played too much Call of Duty and now are praying for an excuse to use live ammo against real people.

    "crazy" and "online" are key words that sum up the whole idea but the part i'm focused on is the last two sentences. What will hit the fan? Ho do you think a hypothetical disarmament looks? Cops come knock and ask for your guns? Do people respond by shooting cops, who are most likely conservative, and maybe even 2A supporters? Do people just start shooting random people in the streets that "look" liberal, even though may also be possible 2A supporters? The whole thing is fantasy.

    Yes.... regional, internal strife is about as close to a "civil war" we should expect.  GWOT combat vets aren't going to go rushing back into service for the government.  Civil unrest that could lead to region based conflicts.  Any vets in these areas that could be effected are going to be focused on securing safety and well fare of their families and local circles.  A "north vs. south" style "war" is far from realistic.

      Verbally, it's already here. I can't ever remember Americans being so divided. Then again, we've never had so many formats to voice our opinions before. Remember when "letters to the editor" were the only places you read opinions from ordinary citizens?

    @StumpTownStu

    For a civil war to happen half of the opposition are normal ordinary citizens. The other half soldiers being paid and told what to do. I don't know many (I do know a couple) vets who are talking about or looking for a civil war either. You can believe what you want. I have seen people stock pile weapons, ammo, etc. I hope it never comes down to that. But I will say the corrupt government we have isn't even afraid anymore in showing how corrupt they really are. Their vanity, greed and thirst for power is on full display.

    Well one story here, the guy ran over an 80 year old that was putting up Trump signs. Update to the story, he at least had a conscious it seems. I bet there 4 times as many stories of Trump supporters being attacked than liberals. Also no one is wearing Biden shirts in public.

    You're correct about the Biden shirts.   Only Trumpers need to wear his gear to show they are part of the cult.  Biden people just go on with their lives and don't follow him around like a band.  thumbs_up   I'm actually happy when people have the signs up or wear the red hat, I know to avoid them or charge them extra if I'm working in their house

    Wow. Well said!
