Welp, it seems they are still going with a trial, witnesses and the whole deal starting Tuesday. I'm guessing that since the judgement of EXTENSIVE FRAUD has already been rendered then the trial is merely a formality to help the jury in assessing damages that the FRAUD has to pay. Naturally he will immediately appeal.
