[The CONVICTED FELON] Trump now faces
new legal risks, according to former federal
prosecutor Glenn Kirschner.

Kirschner's comments come just three days after
it was widely reported that prosecutors had asked
grand jurors not to indict the former president yet
in Arizona's fake electors case.

According to Kirschner, the grand jurors
"wanted to indict" Trump for violating Arizona state
laws, but the prosecutors put yhat on hold, as they
believed they weren't yet ready to proceed.

However, according to Kirschner,
"There has been a recent development" that
"might change the prosecutor's calculation on that very question."

   That development, he said,
is that one of Trump's former attorney's, Jenna Ellis,
has decided to cooperate in the case.

No one is above the law...prosecute them all...maybe Kamala can come out of DA retirement and prosecute the case...that would be one way to make history....imagine if that shit happened....

An Ohio law allowing citizens to file criminal charges is being used to target former President Donald Trump and Sen. J.D. Vance (R-OH) over their comments about Haitians in Springfield.

"The criminal charges stem from the devastating harm
of Trump's and Vance's baseless fearmongering that
*LEGAL* Haitian immigrants to the Ohio town
are eating their neighbor's pets," Chandra Law Firm said.

Alliance's cofounder Guerline Jozef sought the
"immediate arrest" of Trump and Vance for

- disrupting public service,
- making false alarms,
- committing telecommunications harassment,
- committing aggravated menacing, and
- violating the prohibition against complicity.

As odds of the racist/rapist/fascist CONVICTED FELON winning the 2024 presidential election slowly increases,

the odds of that criminal being held accountable in the court of law over three other criminal indictments diminishes by the same amount.

Unfortunately, there's nothing in the US Constitution that protects our Democracy from idiots voting a convicted felon/rapist/racist/insurrectionist/FASCIST into the WH!    It could happen!
