It is the same count, copied & pasted 34 times..... the legal breakdown of this indictment is actually pretty fascinating from a legal / lawyer standpoint. If anyone thought that these charges could put Trump behind bars, or even sentenced, those people are surely disappointed after this past Tuesday. CNN was even in the mix on how "underwhelming" and "disappointingly weak" the indictment was. Seriously though, go read / listen to any number of the legit legal breakdowns on this indictment and you'll see...

I don't disagree and legal pundits don't necessarily either in that assessment.... this NYC trumped up charge is nothing compared to the potential Georgia indictment.
The goal of the regime is for the NYC trial to occur alongside the Republican primary in January 2024. The next court date is schedule for December 2023 though so expect the regime to file procedural delays to get their wish of trial date beginning January 2024.

It's not like the GOP has a billboard or website laying out a platform of bigotry, misogyny, racism, "the more guns the bettor - nothing will go wrong" rhetoric, as well as anti-Democracy/pro-dictator fascism......it's just that those particular deplorable types in our national society, who embrace those repulsive beliefs, migrate to the GOP. and subsequently attack the opposing party to those beliefs.

“strong evidence of obstruction” in the case involving the

In the aftermath of the search, many Republicans quickly
blasted federal law enforcement officials, arguing the search
was an unprecedented attack on a former president and
saying it signaled the politicization of the justice system.
But Trump's former AG pushed back against such claims.
The case against Trump, Barr said, comes down to
the matter of how long it took the government to get
the materials back, which will play a significant role.

They belonged to the government."
“But the government is investigating the extent to which
games were played and there was obstruction in keeping
documents from them. And I think that’s a serious case.
