My company, a left leaning corporation, gave 2 hours of PTO hoping to entice people to vote to get Trump out. I asked about time off to go vote this election and they acted like I had 6 heads. But muh vote is being suppressed, ahhh

I took my time after work. But the two PTO hours would have been nice. 

The problem is if they say election day is a holiday, then libs will say it's voter suppression. Typically early voting goes libs way. They will find away to twist it.

Never really considered the importance of Florida Secretary of State until learning they could flip an election. 

It was fun campaigning for Val Demings but we ran out of money towards the end. Rubio has plenty of support in Miami & the rednecks in Central/Northern Florida won't vote for a woman especially a black woman.

Best way for greater turnout is making Not Voting against the law the study found.

Absentee ballots also increased voting turnout.

My friend who is newly sober is very right wing and very confused about where to drop off his ballot. He’s always had political hot takes but I always suspected he was too lazy to actually vote. 
Now he’s faced with a late in the day drive to the correct location to drop off his last second ballot. Will he actually drop it off? 
I honestly don’t know.

I am a lush, but albeit a lush with a dedication to public affairs and good governance, so I always vote early, then get drunk and watch the results trickle in.

If that were actually true, how come the GOP and RNC has steadfastly opposed every attempt to make Election Day a holiday?

We've only had 3 black Governors in the history of the country & Florida certainly wasn't going to make my girl the 4th.

Hopefully voters will see that the GOP’s economic agenda has the intellectual equivalency of several primates pooping into a cup. Two Gaetz’s, one cup!

(I’m sure they’ll announce their economic agenda right after releasing the TrumpCare group health plan, which was promised in 2015. Still waiting!)
