Judge finds Trump liable for fraud

CNN —

   A New York judge has found Donald Trump and
his adult sons liable for fraud, saying the Trumps
provided false financial statements for roughly a decade.

    Judge Arthur Engoron’s ruling came days before
the civil case involving the New York attorney general’s
office and the former president was set to go to trial.

Engoron granted Attorney General Letitia James’ motion
for summary judgment, finding Trump, his sons, and others
“to be liable as a matter of law for persistent violations”
of New York state law.

He found the financial statements the Trumps provided
to lenders and insurers for about a decade to be false
and said they REPEATEDLY engaged in fraud!!

Effectively this means trump's are out of business in NY state.

The decision is a blow to Trump and a complete rejection
of his arguments that he didn’t inflate the values of his
golf courses, hotels, homes at Mar-a-Lago and
Seven Springs on financial statements that were
repeatedly used in business.

Jenna Ellis, a lawyer who represented then President
Donald J. Trump after his loss in the 2020 election,
admitted in a sworn statement released on Wednesday
that she had knowingly misrepresented the facts in
several of her public claims that widespread voting fraud
led to Mr. Trump’s defeat.

The attorney general has sought $250 million in damages, a ban on the Trumps from serving as officers of a business in New York, and to stop the company from engaging in business transaction for five years.

NY AG is now 3 for 3 against Trump:

1) Trump University

2) Trump Foundation

3) Trump Organization and properties

Judge exposing Trump as a con man undermines his image as a smart business man.  He has a long history of legal problems that may be delayed but some eventually catch up to him.

And there's another important FRAUD trial against the RICO mob boss coming January 29 which few people know about!

Is the any wonder why he fought so hard to not show his Taxes! This is our tax system hard at work. It’s complicated enough so that it’s easy to hide fraud from most prying eyes (unless someone is dumb enough to shine a spotlight on it). Also, most other fraudsters are probably smart enough to know not to steal too much, for fear of being caught. If you were to consistently claim a 5-10% disparity in valuations like this, you’d have a built in profit, but not a large enough profit to draw attention. 
This is an example of why the country needs Many More IRS employees in the next decade! When think of all the company that our owned by just a few people (Trump and his immediate family members) they are never accountable to anyone outside those owners. This allows them to evade all sorts of legal and tax consequences. So think of all the Multi Millionaire & Billionaires that as Trumps lawyers say “ These are common tax practices “ that are costing are the nation significant unclaimed value …I’m sure it’s staggering! There is no doubt in my mind it’s the defrauding part of unrealized taxes or cash transactions that makes the difference between doing well and getting rich in this country and has played a significant role in the destruction of the true middle class portion of it. Things need to change and the GOP party will do anything to stop it !

It is funny how both sides look at the ruling today, Trump thinks of course that any ruling against what he knows is law and is correct is a scam and communist (lol) and then his two dopey kids come out and say that property values are XYZ right now based on listings. The problem with that is the judge ruled the valuations were fraudulently inflated from 2011-2021, not current RE valuation prices. I know for a fact that in my humble little community, I purchased my current house in 2011 and it has gone up 100% currently versus then...BUT prices stagnated for probably 75% of the time between 2011 and 2021, not until recently were price moves so much higher. So the judge is probably close to being correct about valuation going back that length of time.

If any leveraged business inflates asset values, that is committing a fraud, I dont care if it is Trump or Obama or Musk or my neighbor, if you are found to be inflating asset values to secure loans or financing and it is able to be proven, you committed a crime PERIOD.

Part of why NY is hunting Trump down is due to decades of issues with him and his businesses, he has also burned many bridges by abusive treatment of the city and when you trash talk almost every and anything sometimes it comes back to smack you upside the head. In this case Trump has done all the WRONG things based on his zero ego and inability to control his trap, he has a long long history of leveraging and defaulting so it is not shocking that a big fat target like Trump who trashes the city and most anything else is under the scope how he is. Sometimes it is smarter to lay low and shut up, it makes your fraudulent activities easier to hide...lol

Absolutely not true . There are so many people that fall into the other category you couldn’t even count that high and I’m talking off the nitrous with a clear head . What do you guys think this is ?
