So they start out before they started testing, diagnosing people in China from symptoms. These flu like symptoms can be caused by a great range of different causes but they decided on symptoms which could come from many different causes that those symptoms were NOW COVID-19. So you have flu like symotons  BOOM COVID-19, cough cough BOOM OH LOOKY HERE ANOTHER COVID-19. So the numbers got bigger and bigger RTPCR TEST WAS INVENTED BY A GIY CALLED CAREY MULLACE BIOCHEMIST DUDE IN USA IN 1984. The inventor of the friggin test even said this test should not be used to diagnosed infectious disease. What our they doing to tell us who had covid_19. What this test does is it actually makes that genetic material larger amplifies the material. As it gets larger in cycles of amplification what they SAY IS CAUSING THE DISEASE GETS BIGGER AND ALL OTHER OF GENETIC MATERIAL CONTENT ALSO GETS AMPLIFIED. Loads of this material is already in the body of virtually everyone. YOU CAN FIX THE FIGURES SO EASY YOU CLOWNS. Wake up. Bottomline is number of cycles of amplification you use say in different countries around the world DICTATES HOW MANY POSITIVE TESTS YOU GET. Therefore all you got to do is increase the amplification and you going to get more snd more positive cases. It’s so easy for them to do this to us.
