Transgender Democrat state lawmaker charged with sexual exploitation of children

 "A former Democrat New Hampshire state representative who identifies as transgender was charged by a federal Massachusetts court Tuesday with child exploitation.

According to a press release from the office of the U.S. District Attorney for Massachusetts, Stacie-Marie Laughton, 39, a biological male who identifies as female, was charged with one count of sexual exploitation of children, as well as aiding and abetting. 

The release stated Laughton has been charged alongside former "intimate partner" Lindsay Groves, a daycare worker in Tyngsborough, Massachusetts, who a preliminary forensic review showed had more than 10,000 text messages between the two "that included discussion about, and transfer of, explicit photographs that Groves had taken of children while employed at Creative Minds daycare."

WASHINGTON — The very first rioter to breach the U.S. Capitol during the Jan. 6 attack was sentenced to more than four years in federal prison on Tuesday after telling a judge that he still believes Trump's lies about the 2020 election.

Michael Sparks, who spent the weeks leading up to the Capitol attack consuming and regurgitating right-wing lies about the last presidential election, was sentenced to 53 months in federal prison during a hearing before U.S. District Judge Timothy J. Kelly - a TRUMP APPOINTEE - who also oversaw the seditious conspiracy trial of members of the Proud Boys.

was sentenced on Wednesday to five (5) years in prison.

Dan Edwin Wilson planned with others to attack the Capitol
and stop the peaceful transfer of presidential power from
Trump to Joe Biden, according to federal prosecutors.

Prosecutors recommended a 5-year prison sentence
for Wilson, who pleaded guilty in May to conspiring
to impede or injure police officers.

WASHINGTON — A Donald Trump supporter who assaulted law enforcement at the Capitol on Jan. 6, including a Capitol Police officer who he helped knock unconscious when her head slammed against a metal railing, was sentenced to eight years in federal prison on Thursday.

Stephen Chase Randolph, a 34-year-old Kentucky man, was convicted on charges of felony civil disorder as well as assaulting an officer with a deadly or dangerous weapon and assaulting, resisting or impeding another officer.

-  James Tate Grant to 3.0 years;
-  Jason Benjamin Blythe to 2.5 years;

Another co-defendant named Ryan Samsel — who was holding a giant flag portraying Trump as "Rambo" before he assaulted officers on Jan. 6 — will be sentenced on Feb. 4, 2025.
