averaging 3.54 million total viewers.

Fox's Tucker Carlson Tonight, averaged 3.39 million total viewers,
while Sean Hannity averaged 2.94 million total viewers

*This is particularly noteworthy because there are just 3 large cable news
networks, and only one of them FOX is dedicated to conservative views,
while those interested more in centric and Liberal views are split between
CNN and MSNBC -- thus denying either network of a monopoly on viewers
like Fox news has. Thus, by default, FOX "should be" tops all the time...but isn't now.

for Biden's American Rescue Plan - which includes $350 BILLION in state and local aid -
are now, in several Republican run states, COMPLAINING about the resasonable rules
attached to the FREE MONEY they are about to receive.
It appears many Republican state leaders want to use the gift they had NO PART in
providing, in a way that will benefit THEM politically in their state.

"In other words, states are free to make policy decisions to cut taxes -
- they just cannot use the pandemic relief funds to pay for those tax cuts,"
an agency spokesman said.

And that has the ingrate Republicans VERY UPSET....

Immigration bill creating green card process
for farmworkers passes House

WASHINGTON – The House on Thursday passed legislation that would create
a pathway for undocumented farmworkers to earn a green card, sending
the bill to the Senate.

The bill, called the Farm Workforce Modernization Act, cleared the chamber
in a bipartisan 247-174 vote.
Thirty Republicans joined Democrats in voting for the bill.

Sidney Powell argues in new court filing that

Washington (CNN)Right-wing lawyer Sidney Powell is claiming in a new court filing
that reasonable people wouldn't have believed as fact her assertions of fraud after
the 2020 presidential election.
The election infrastructure company Dominion Voting Systems sued Powell for
defamation after she pushed lawsuits and made appearances in conservative
media on behalf of then-President Donald Trump to sow doubt about the 2020
election results. Dominion claims that Powell knew her election fraud accusations
were false and hurtful to the company.

The Manhattan district attorney's office has hired a high-profile attorney with decades
of experience with white collar crime cases as it ramps up its investigation into
Donald Trump's shady business dealings.

Mark Pomerantz, a former prosecutor for the US Attorney's Office for the Southern
District of New York, joined Manhattan DA Cyrus Vance Jr's team as a special
assistant district attorney earlier this month, Vance's office confirmed last week.

Pomerantz has already hit the ground running, conducting an interview with
Trump's former lawyer Michael Cohen on Thursday, Reuters reported.
