The memo names Hallie Biden, the widow of the president’s son Beau Biden, as a previously unknown recipient of payments from Biden family associate John Robinson Walker, who wired members of Biden’s family money after receiving $3 million a China-based company. Hallie Biden and Hunter Biden, the president’s younger son, were romantically involved for a period after Beau Biden’s death. The House Oversight Committee quietly subpoenaed Bank of America for the financial records of three of Hunter Biden’s associates, including Walker, on February 27, which is how it obtained these records.

“It is unclear what services were provided to obtain this exorbitant amount of money,” Republican Oversight Committee Chair James Comer said in a statement.

Years of republican investigations into Hunter Biden have found no connection to US president or any government official at all.  Evidences don't show anything illegal in Hunter business dealings with Chinese energy companyl.  Unlike Biden, Trump never divested from his business empire and profited extensively from foreign governments.

Biden’s image as a straight-shooting man of the people, however, is clouded by the careers of his son and brother, who have lengthy track records of making, or seeking, deals that cash in on his name. Interviews, court records, government filings and news reports reveal that some members of the Biden family have consistently mixed business and politics over nearly half a century, moving from one business to the next as Joe’s stature in Washington grew.

None of the ventures appear to have been runaway successes, and Biden’s relatives have not been accused of criminal wrongdoing in their dealings. But over the years, several of their partners and associates have ended up indicted or convicted. The dealings have brought Joe unwelcome scrutiny and threaten to distract from his presidential bid.

The laptop has changed the "have not been accused of wrongdoing" and the banking paper trail will reveal even more. There are witnesees coming forward saying they met with " the big guy". The Republican Congress is forced to do what our corrupt FBI has purposely failed to do.

I agree, the House GOP is not interested in passing legislation to help their constituents. They think they’re the judiciary, but they aren’t. These fools need to read the Constitution every once in a while

Lynch also said they presented evidence he believed was "in part" false and said he wanted to question them. Jordan then recognized Rep. Mike Johnson (R-LA), but Lynch contested the move.

Johnson then made a point of order that Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD) "presented testimony that was pretty salacious" but was not subject to cross-examination.

In August 2019, Caroline Biden, 33, a niece of former Vice President Biden, was busted in Lower Merion Township, Penn., for driving under the influence and without a license, public records show. Unlikely Caroline will face much in the way of consequences — if history and Biden family rap sheets are any guide. Her arrest, which was never made public, was at least the ninth among Joe Biden’s close family.

In September 2013, she was booked for allegedly hitting an NYPD officer.  The case was dismissed.

In 2017, she was busted for spending more than $110,000 on a stolen credit card. She was allowed to re-plead to the lesser charge of petty larceny as part of a sweetheart deal negotiated by her attorneys. She avoided jail time.

The trouble for Ashley Biden, 39, started with a pot bust when she was a student at Tulane University in 1999. New Orleans police confirmed the possession arrest of the daughter of the then-Delaware senator, no conviction is on record.

A second misdemeanor arrest for the Biden daughter was reported in 2002 after she allegedly attempted to obstruct a police officer, after a bottle-throwing brawl outside a Chicago bar. The charges were dropped.

Joe Biden’s brother, Francis ‘Frank’ Biden, 66, won the prize for the most bizarre Biden family bust when he allegedly stuffed two DVDs from a Florida Blockbuster down his pants in October 2003, cops said. He was 49 at the time. He never showed up for a scheduled court hearing on the attempted theft and the state attorney declined to prosecute, according to records.

He had more serious scrapes with the law. He was pinched in August 2003 for drunk driving in Fort Lauderdale, earning six months probation. He was arrested a year later for driving with a suspended license but avoided jail again by spending three months in rehab. In 1999, Biden was a passenger in a car involved in a fatal drunk-driving accident. He was found partially liable for the death of 38-year-old William Albano, and owes his family almost $1 million dollars.

Biden’s son Hunter’s long history of drug abuse began in 1988 with an arrest for drug possession — at around the same time his father was intensifying his War on Drugs bonafides and pushing for stiffer sentences for drug users. “I was cited for possession of a controlled substance in Stone Harbor, NJ. There was a pre-trial intervention and the record was expunged."

The same year Hunter was arrested, Sen. Biden voted for the Anti-Drug Abuse Act, which specifically targeted the use of crack cocaine, making it the only narcotic with a mandatory penalty for possession. Hunter has been in drug and alcohol at least six times, he is not known to ever spend a day in jail.

At least 14 of Hunter Biden’s business associates met Joe Biden while he was vice president in the Obama administration, contradicting the president’s claims that he had no knowledge of his son’s foreign business dealings.

Records show Joe Biden met with his son’s business associates from the U.S., Mexico, Ukraine, China, and Kazakhstan during his vice presidency. The president has repeatedly denied having any knowledge of his son’s “overseas business dealings.”

In February of 2014, two of Hunter Biden’s business associates from Mexico, Miguel Aleman Velasco and Miguel Aleman Magnani, visited the White House. Joe Biden was captured on camera giving them a tour of the White House Brady Press Briefing room. Hunter Biden texted his father’s official photographer two months later, asking for the pictures, according to emails reviewed by the outlet.

In 2013, Hunter Biden arranged for a brief handshake between his father and Chinese business partner, Jonathan Li, and in 2014, Latin American business partner Manuel Estrella emailed the first son saying, “Hunter, I just met your father! So exiting! Francis Person helped me! Thanks! Hope to see you soon!”
