Looks as though Trump had a bigger influence on Hamas than Biden ever dreamed of. I guess saying "don't" didn't scare 'em. One has to wonder why Biden is suddenly initiating all kinds of EO's on his way out......looks like he's still angry.

Biden is bragging about things he has done that most people would consider travesties. Turning criminals loose on society will be one of his legacies.
