Polls show Biden leaving office with higher approval ratings than Trump after first term.  Best time to judge presidents is years or decades after they leave office.  For examples, Lincoln and Carter were unpopular but ended up higher in future surveys of historians.

Trump executive orders are cruel, lawless and meaningless.  He has no authority to block supreme court ban on Tik Tok.  No right to end constitutional birth right citizenship.  Department of government efficiency is already being sued for violating laws. Trump declares a state of emergency along south border although border crossings are at their lowest levels since 2020.   There are legal limits on allowing US military to take over border security.  Remain in Mexico policy won't work without Mexico agreement.  Since US is already producing record amounts of oil, allowing more drilling won't have much effect.  Denying the rights of transgender people won't help anyone except hurt transgender people.

I don't get the deal with TikTok.  Yes it is a chinese owned and operated company that gathers social data from its users just like EVERY other social media platform.  Here in the great US of A you have Meta / Google / Apple / Twitter that all cipher their data to our DOD and intelligence agencies.  You don't like China spying on you but your own government is OK.  To each their own I guess.  

Anyway, I do believe it is a 90 day extension of the ban.  So automatically after 90 days it reverts back to non-functional.  This is supposedly to give time to its investors / parent company bytebit a way out (their CEO was at the inauguration).
