Congress now wants to introduce a bill that takes away power from judges, because court decisions go against them. Seriously what is wrong with these people? Have any of them even looked at the Constitution?  Biden had tons of judges rule against him, not once did democrats try to impeach those judges.  Can you imagine the uproar if biden called for judges to be impeached or stripped of their powers?  Really lets just cut to the chase and let trump be the supreme ruler.  Come on this is comical now.  All the magas that are always preaching about the Constitution need to step up and say these things arent right.  You make judges have no powers, then the dictatorship will be complete. Am dumb founded to why more people cant see this or do they believe they will be better off living under 1 person having total control of everything.

Judges giving due process to people that aren't citizens is an issue.   Why can't they realize they have no citizen rights.. only human rights... to which I say,... these illegal aliens can pursue their right to life , liberty,  and the pursuit of happiness in their own country.  

US constitution protects due process for people regardless of immigration status.  They are entitled to being treated fairly under the law.  As co-equal branch of government, judges have every right to block illegal orders from executive branch.  Absurd for Trump administration to use Alien enemies act to bypass immigration system for quicker deportations.  Immigration is not invasion, US military isn't at war against Venezuela and lack of evidences all individuals deported are members of criminal gang.

The illegal alien invasion of the last few years "" is "" an invasion.  

Get these people out !!  (Legal) Immigration is supposed to be on  " our "" terms.... not theirs. 

Under US laws, courts have ruled that immigration isn't invasion.  US hasn't declared military war against Mexico.  Immigrants aren't using weapons to  overthrow US government.  Most illegal immigrants enter US legally but overstay their allowed visas.  In past decades, there has been greater immigration of people as a percentage of US population.  For much of history, US has open borders.

CORRECT!  And a very large percentage of those "visa overstays" are WHITES who speak English - many from Canada, UK, South Africa, Australia, Germany and other Euro nations.

I’m not sure about what you wrote about Maga being racist in that respect . I would have to research that more thoroughly . But I can speak from experience that I have met plenty of closet racists that were both republicans AND DEMOCRATS  in my life . So it goes both ways .
