The 40th week is the last week of a normal pregnancy. So obviously using that as an example is extreme since it’s the last week. 

There are lawmakers on the left that believe the woman should have the right to choose up to 40 weeks.

I think a major problem is nobody wants to get into the specifics. That will be one of the major benefits of Roe V Wade being overturned. 

States should list specifically what they want passed and put it to a vote.

Detox is just trolling. He has been doing this for 2 weeks with this 40 weeks abortion nonsense. He knows damn well no woman is having an abortion at 40 weeks unless it is a matter of dying for the mother or the baby having a high likelihood of death at birth.

I think the current law varies from state to state.  I'm in IL and it's 22 weeks, I believe that's up to end of the second trimester.  I don't think people can say what they want specifically because it's really a personal decision.  I don't feel comfortable enforcing my own personal beliefs on someone.
