Trump-backed Nebraska Republican candidate Charles Herbster accused of groping multiple women

The Nebraska Examiner, a local independent media outlet, reported on Thursday that eight women, including a current Republican Nebraska state senator, have accused Herbster of sexual misconduct.

Six women told the publication that Herbster touched them inappropriately.
A seventh woman said Herbster once cornered her privately and kissed her forcibly.

Just like Trump, Herbster has denied all of the allegations.

So many of Trump-endorsed candidates are deplorables.

For decades, debates have been part of the normal democratic process in elections.  But Republican national committee refuses presidential debates for next election probably due to Trump's urging.  Accusing nonpartisan Commission on presidential debates of being unfair and biased.  RNC disagrees with selection of neutral moderators and holding debates after advance and mail-in voting have started.  However both democrats and republicans are treated equally under the same conditions.   Fewer debates mean voters would have less access to unfiltered information about politicians.  Lying is the most common way to rig elections.

That decision is in the hands of the candidates themselves...Trump has never backed away from a debate and he won't in 2024 either. I prefer DeSantis but if Trump wins the nomination, I will back him but it won't be without my own concerns which are nothing like yours. 

When LBJ did not debate Goldwater in 1964 it was his choice and he declined...same thing when Nixon declined to debate McGovern in 1972...both guys were way ahead in the polls so why risk it? Of course a big lead in the polls didn't stop Reagan from debating Mondale in 1980. 

Nixon refused to debate Humphrey in 1968 also as he didn't want to give the American independent party candidate George Wallace a platform because it might siphon off some of his voter base.
