He illegally tried to keep Trump in power after 2020 election loss.  Good lawyers are officers of the court.  Those working for the con man knowingly commit criminal acts.  No other president has so many associates indicted, guilty or convicted of crimes.  Giuliani, Powell and others are next to face disbarment.
