a $5 million sexual abuse and defamation judgement
against him, E. Jean Carroll and her attorney said
Thursday they may file another lawsuit against the
ex-president over his caustic comments since the trial.

Despite no legitimate reason, Trump wants to appeal to cause further delay.  In court, he is a terrible witness who damages his own case.  He lost the lawsuit because laws and facts favor the plaintiff.  But politically as a demagogue, he is using his losses to campaign as a victim grievance mongering to appeal to the ignorance or prejudice of MAGA republicans.

The columnist filed a request with in a Manhattan court
on Monday, asking a judge to increase a $5 million
judgment against the former president by a
“very substantial” amount in light of his continued
harassment of Carroll, who had accused Trump of sexually
assaulting her in Manhattan in the mid-1990s.

Trump disparaged Carroll during a CNN town hall that
took place just one day after a jury in her civil case
concluded that Trump was liable
for sexually abusing and defaming the writer.

Monday’s filing is attached to a 2019 defamation suit
Carroll filed against Trump that is still pending.
