Justice! Conviction of Trump is a win for the rule of law. The trial was fair. To say it is rigged is misleading. Former Trump lawyer Cobbs say the jury really had no choice but to declare guilty verdicts. Prosecution was successful in proving Trump falsified business records and that he did so intending to commit a crime. The evidences linking Trump to the crime was strong. Defense never had a story that the jury could accept. Also flawed strategy to deny everything and attack everyone.
Republican Hogan urges all Americans to respect the verdict and legal process. Trump supporters shouldn't allow his disgraceful rhetoric incite them to disgraceful violence. Trump joins a long list of leaders in at least 78 countries that have been prosecuted. For examples, France, Italy, South Korea, Brazil, etc.

Just in time for Father's Day, now both Ivanka & Jared have convicted felons for fathers.
The judges selected to hear the appeal are all women who happen to be black. The POS hasn't experienced any luck with black women in authority.

That possibility certainly exists, no doubt about it.

Trump is now a convicted felon. But many people in Trump's inner circle are felons. His campaign chairman. Deputy campaign manager. Personal lawyer. Chief strategist. National security advisor. Trade advisor. Foreign policy advisor. Company CFO. If re-elected, crime lord Trump would replace public servants with crooks and liars. Republicans smear hush money trial as unfair. But CBS/YouGov poll shows 54% of independents say Trump received a fair trial. 57% of US adults say the jury made the correct verdict. The bar for convicting any defendant in US justice system is extremely high. Wrongful convictions occur in rare 5% of all cases. In Trump case, 12 citizens are required to give unanimous verdicts beyond reasonable doubt. 100% guilty verdict proves the prosecution is justified. Obviously, Trump is unfit for office.

Tonight the #45 ranked US president and CONVICTED FELON is on stage in a debate with the #14 ranked president
Who will win the debate and who judges who wins?
We already know the speculative answer from the MAGA-cult - and that is, right now, 4 hrs before the debate - trump IS ALREADY CROWNED THE WINNER BECAUSE EVEN IF HE LOSES THEY WILL SAY HE DID WIN AND IT WAS ALL RIGGED!
FACT!
But aside from that irrational viewpoint, if we look at the CONSENSUS of the various viewer panels and pundits after the debate from all sources, I believe right now BEFORE the debate, that trump will be deemed winner.
MEANINGLESS in the grand scheme of things of course - but that will be the likely consensus......and it won't be based at least part on decorum, logic, or merit, but rather on their perception of audience belief
In short, trump will lie his phucking ass off and be certain that his inaccuracies and bold lies far outstrip anything Biden counters with that are real verifiable facts in his favor. That's why.
The ignorant masses watching won't know what to believe so trump will simply LIE to make sure his numbers and his answers - despite reality - mnake him look far better then the actual truth.
So, since there is no real-time "fact-checking" during the debate, there are no immediate consequences but all GAIN when trump lies his ass off! If I could wager on it I would bet BIG money trump's fabrications & lies will be so bold so as to drown out whatever Biden says.
