Then he whips off his jacket to reveal a T-Shirt that blazes:

Biden specifically acknowledging that he is too old to stay president was quite moving. He really is one of the few presidents in my lifetime to undeniably put his country before himself. I believe Harris going to open up double-digit leads on Trump in the polls when this convention is over, Trump is clinging to his core audiences at rallies but thats it he has drawing power new blood.

Stephanie Grisham has been a vocal critic of her former boss – following her resignation after he incited the Jan. 6th attack on the U.S. Capitol.

“I never thought I’d be speaking at a Democratic convention.
But, after seeing firsthand who Donald Trump really is, and
the threat he poses to our country, I feel very strongly about
speaking out,”   Grisham said in a statement to NBC News.

“While I don’t agree with Vice President Harris on everything,
I am proud to be supporting her because I know she
will defend our freedoms and represent our nation with
honesty and integrity,” Grisham added in her statement.

  Democrats gave a hero’s send-off to President Joe Biden while rallying around their new nominee, Vice President Kamala Harris, on Monday.

Each day of the four-day Democratic National Convention has a different theme:

Monday: “For the People”

Tuesday: “A Bold Vision for America’s Future,” with a speech from former President Barack Obama.

Wednesday: “A Fight for Our Freedoms,” with a speech from vice presidential nominee Tim Walz.

Thursday: “For Our Future,” closing out with an acceptance speech from Harris.

Kamala gains momentum in key Sun Belt states, cuts into the CONVICTED FELON's lead

The New York Times/Siena College poll, conducted between Aug. 8 and Aug. 15, found that Harris is leading Trump among likely voters in Arizona 50% to 45% and among likely voters in North Carolina 49% to 47%.

Trump is leading Harris by a narrow margin among likely voters in Nevada 48% to 47% and in Georgia by 50% to 46%, according to the poll.

Harris has edged ahead of Donald Trump in Arizona and North Carolina and tightened the margin in Nevada and Georgia compared to when President Joe Biden was still running for reelection.
The polls, conducted August 8-15, show Harris and Trump averaging a tie of 48% across the four states.

Independent candidate Robert Kennedy Jr. pulled the highest of all third party candidates in the states in the surveys, but he only pulled 4%, meaning his support has been slashed by half in recent weeks.

Harris Leads sex-offender/fraud/CONVICTED FELON In 2 Key States, New Polling Finds

The polling found that Harris leads Trump by 5 points in Arizona and by 2 points in North Carolina.

Trump is up by 1 point in Nevada and by 4 points in Georgia.

New York Times pollster Nate Cohn wrote that "a dead heat in these four states is not great news for Mr. Trump, who may need to take all three of Georgia, North Carolina and Arizona to win in November."

The results mark a significant improvement for Democrats.
Previous Times-Siena polling, taken when President Joe Biden was still in the race back in the spring, found Trump to be ahead by at least 6 points in Arizona, Nevada and Georgia. (It didn't include North Carolina.)

Georgia was an unexpected surprise last time.  But I feel Dems hold on to Nevada 

Mayor Pete speaks tonight!  Looking forward to that speech in particular! 

Republican former Lt Governor of Georgia, Geoff Duncan, is the highest ranking republican office holder coming to speak so far and I really look forward to his remarks about why America must reject trumpism.
