Well now, the Right has 'stepped up their game' per se.
They want to harken back to the turn of last century.
And there is one way to do it, INSTILL FEAR with symbolism.
They can't put on the hoods. For that they'll eventually get arrested or physically assaulted.
But a meager purchase from Home Depot will do the trick:
Citronella Torches (Talk about being ultra-cheap)
The same thing used to ward off mosquitos on a summer night is (laughably) being used to evoke images of the KK K.
And what were the homogenous masses words that gathered in front of a statue of Robert E Lee, "You will not replace us!"
All that is missing is the pitchforks and noose folks.
This is the extreme right.
But is it extreme?
This has been said many times but it bears repeating.
Richard Spencer coined the term 'alt-right' with his site AlternativeRight.com.
Steven Bannon, the on and off and on and off chief strategist to the always capricious Donald Trump, proudly described Briebart.com as "the platform for the alt-right"
What more needs to be said here? Trump has full knowledge he said that when he appointed him to the position.
The bigots are here in full regalia carrying the torches, and they have an earpiece to the President.
That is why the Left is sickened by the Right (who does little to nothing to dissuade this conduct) and the Extreme Right (who are truly terrifying).
And, this must be said, the members of this site, CONTINUALLY disparage blacks as a way of life, and use the 'bootstraps' cover as their mantra, to degrade/defame/deride, which ultimately fuels public consciousness such as these gatherings.
One side fighting for life.
The other side saying, you will not replace ours, and by default we support when yours are taken.
Get it? No. I can go on...
And just an FYI, if you've never seen me post (and that would be impossible), the above explanation is exactly why people hate me on this site. Because I've been one of the most vocal about rights and recognition of the black community.
Yes, it all started right there. When I was just a capper, I was 'one of the gang.' When I went to General Discussion and brought up Trayvon Martin or called out the bigots there (don't do that folks!), the hate was front and center.
And continues till this day. And the names are all the same. They always are.
And for this speak, you get hate (and lit torches).
This is the right now folks.
As the right continually spews (and I'm doing this laughably):
Where is the outrage from President Trump??? LOL.
There won't be any.
He tacitly supports such conduct.
In fact, he knows full well these fringe vote were effective in getting him....elected.
As POTUS.
2020 can't come soon enough.
