There are stricter drug laws. Are there less drug users? Certainly not in the hood.

Stricter gun laws will make it more difficult for those who reside in more affluent areas to secure a firearm.
Stricter gun laws will have zero effect on those who dwell in the hood, as the new laws will only create a more lucrative business for those who are already providing unregistered firearms within those areas.

In upper-class neighborhoods, if someone were to sell illegal firearms, they would be quickly turned in to the authorities.
In the hood, if you are a 'rat' you are killed with one of the illegal firearms

I actualy don't think belief in the constitution is a left/right thing.  Many would say the aclu has a slant but aren't they just standing up for people's rights and freedoms, often guaranteed by the constitution?

The problem with the whole constitutionalist movement was that it was a way to manufacture Obama opposition.  First off rather than saying one does not agree with his policies and explain why they do not agree they just said he can't do that because it's against the constitution. This might have been a product of the Obama opposition not actually knowing what they were talking about emotionally felt he was wrong so they clung to this constitutionalist idea instead of explaining the reasoning behind the opposition. But I guess you gotta work with with the lowest common denominator or meet the masses of the emotional Obama opposition where they are at. 

The second was to try to get libertarians would believe in the constitution to join in the Obama opposition.  So you saw Sarah palin with her bus with the constitution painted on it and the use of the second amendment talking point put to an extreme of stating Obama wanted to get rid of that and take away all guns which once again is an emotional all or nothing statement.

Maybe a definition of a criminal is needed a criminal is not law abiding individual a criminal will murder another with a weapon that was not purchased legally. Gun laws are useless what stops a bad guy with a gun. A good guy with a gun. Or the criminal runs out of ammo. How many mass murders happened at a gun range? How many happened at a known gun free zone, sandy hook, columbine, theater in Colorado, mall massacres, play grounds, we even had a white man shoot up a church in sc.

So if criminals use rifles effectively in gun free zones how does passing a new law work. Criminals do not obey the law....

I don't know would be good to see those types of numbers. I've been asking for numbers and facts this whole thread rather than more narrative.  And remember to make a rational argument you need to consider sample size and proportion based on ratios for it to at least look like rational thought

I will write a darn paper then. Invest 20 hours...... Have footnotes and discuss in the essay how many murders how many gun related and how many when the victim was also armed. Trayvon could be alive and free if he had a pistol to counter Zimmerman for one example.

Wikipedia cited a un document 67% of all murders in USA was committed by a firearm. No subsets of databases currently state whether a victim had a firearm or not.... I guess this number is very low and give fodder to the NRA and is as lost as Vince fosters record in the archives. Patreus lost his job for miss handling classified sensitive info but a position like secretary of state what info could she possibly be privy to, ....

I now have to look elsewhere as beat I could come up with in is 1.7 of all deaths are commoted by a firearm of which a pistol is the biggest killer. Hear the deems spin this an ar 15 or an ak or the police mill em all but according in pistols are the primary cause

I going to mama the mother of all search engines. To see if un or Europe documented a fire fight firearms shooting back at criminals.

Not pd but civilians my practical guess is no known subject in micro shows if a victim had a weapon as well. To transpose this to he macro is useless... so DL good project for you. How many gun deaths involved a fair fight my hunch is under 50  so how about an over under of how many will DIE in Chicago per day set over under to 2 human souls my guess at the end of the year of everyday you took it over or under for next 110 days would be a wash. Or a plus zero. For over 200 more souls will loose their lives in Michelle's town and Barrack.. aka the smartest man in the room can watch....

Wait... So your making these huge generalizations and claims and you don't even know of those murders were due to a fire arm?

And yeah I'm sure there is some conspriacy behind why your logic doesn't make sense. Right....

I'm simply asking him to explain his assertion that gun control caused the murders and showing a statistical corelation or some proof. 

I know it may be a different way of thinking and coming to conclusions by looking at the fact first and coming to a conclusion rather than being prescribed a conclusion and grasping anything and everything possible you try to google.

Like I don't even tell him he's wrong.  Just asking him to explain his statement based on logic and not what he feels.  Not sure why you have to be so insulting with name calling when I don't even say he is wrong or right, just asking questions.  I don't get why a civil dialog abojt the issues  is so upset ling to certain people

90 % of ppl who are shot by guns were not armed. These include armed robbery that end in death as a homicide. In Chicago this year. Of the 2000 wounded the number slips to 83% in the south side of Chicago.

As I established Democrats are aware of the slaughter in the inner cities. Now the body.to bury a citizen today can cost.around 5000 the citizens in the inner cities are not.allowed to be in possession of more than 2000 and keep public welfare benifits housing, food, ssi, Medicaid ect. Thus if families donate bodies to.science this off.sets crematory expenses the organs are.harvested tissue typed and inverted into waiting donor lists these huge banks run through private hospital systems that kreps.patient client confidentiality agreements to them selves. These private hospitals generate profits from the crisis of inner city violence.
Thus my assertion is that this violence is known by the Democrats tolerated for the.

They won't allow families to accumulate assets to bury their dead they administration of policies at the University Hospital police policy of cities are run by government and universities union labor the elected officials are.democrat as well and most of the victims would identify as democrat.
I believe this.is an example of democratic failure.
And still the urban centers will by and large vote for.a.democratic canidate.

One of the many great things about America is free speech, and no one should quarrel with Kaepernick's right to kneel during the anthem. He also has the right to wear socks depicting police officers as pigs, which he also did. But the rest of us enjoy the same right to our opinions and my opinion is that he is a disgusting, dirtbag loser for wearing the socks ridiculing police officers in the despicable way he did. He is a POS. Just my opinion.

It's ok this is the America the Democrats have wanted. They wanted high death tolls of young cadavers they like the idea of preventing smoking and healthy lungs . They the Democratic leadership is heavily invested in hospitals pharmaceutical and health care industry and the Democrats are in charge of the whole show in inner cities and inner cities supply needed organs and.donor tissue who am I to judge. They want this the citizens who live in this mess want this.god.knows the donor recipients want this.
Again this is a.democratic party problem and in this reality not.any of my fnn' buisness. But I will keep my guns and you can keep your cadavers sure dick be.needing another organ or two cadaver organs have a shelf life of 5 to ten. Years.
