They are both rather fruitless as it relates to meaningful results.

I repeatedly updated poll numbers as a aid to potential bettors.  I steadfastly said that I wouldn&#x27;t place such a wager.Most states were accurately predicted.  I don&#x27;t know of any pollster (liberal, conservative, independent) who correctly foresaw the surge in rural votes.I am certain that adjustments have been made.  I would say that 2018 will be somewhat more predictable, with the understanding that there will probably be many races too close to call.
