Trump obstructed justice but the law won't let me charge him with a federal crime because he is the president. So if you want to deal with this POS, impeach him. I did my job now Congress you do yours.
But we all know indictment not impeachment is what needs to take place & that won't be until he leaves office in November 2020.

I don't believe there is a law, that prohibited SC Mueller from charging President Trump with obstruction of justice..
There may be a Department of Justice stance or a rule ..but not a law.

Mueller has said he won't expand upon the report if seated in front of Congress but it's time for Bob to put his big boy pants on for the sake of the country. He needs to explain the report & answer questions in a "conversational" manner that most Americans can understand.
