You may not like his strategy , but he actually has a clear plan in all this. (Nothing is clear. Even his own administration has no idea from one day to the next. Strikes were imminent & now we find out they never were. Just another lie.)
Remember, this all kickstarted when Trump abandoned the 2015 nuclear accord. Why ? Because it didn't prevent Iran from obtaining a nuclear weapon !! (This accomplished nothing & now Iran is back to doing what they choose. Trump broke a deal that was widely accepted by our allies.)
They refused to come to the negotiating table to enter into a "" real agreement "" that would prevent them from obtaining a nuclear missile. Not this panzyasss agreement that Obama orchestrated. ( Why negotiate with someone who cannot be trusted to keep a deal?)
Now, Iran is acting out with aggression because what little economy they do have is in shambles. They particularly ramped up their aggressive behavior in the last month, and now their military commander is dead..( Trump's actions have opened the door for Russia & others to step right in & give Iran what they need. Iran's proxies will cause more damage than Iran.
Then we get Trump tweeting that Iran has never won a war... and never lost a negotiation... (What war has Trump won? He told America he was bringing our soldiers home & as always he has failed.

Trump wants them to come to the negotiating table.( Just like North Korea & China & how the fark is that going?) Their very survival is as stake. If Iran does nothing, the regime could be toppled by unrest from its citizens. ( remember, their economy is on shambles). If Iran chooses to do something militarily, this really will get ugly..
