Trump told his followers he was for the common man yet he secretly is attempting to reduce a scheduled pay increase for federal employees as well as looking to reduce their benefits. Federal employees love the security so they are willing to take less in salary for that security. However, Trump is cutting the headcount & that security is not a major factor right now because it no longer exists.

Of course the Trumpsters don't read as proven by a number of his supporters in this forum & they get their news from Fox. So they wouldn't know anything about it & try to blow it off by calling it fake news.

Trump's flunky, Robert O'Brien has fired or transferred 70 or 33% of the NSC who Trump believes are part of the right wing "deep state." That is a tremendous amount of talent, knowledge & experience gone in key security positions. 

Trump figures because he makes all the decisions, these professionals are not needed. Trump is a petulant child who wants to do what he's told not to do.

Their ranks should be decreased in the process of reducing the size of government.   The government should work for its people.   Not the other way around.   Our founding fathers would be proud to have  power restored in its people , and those working their a$$es off in the private sector should enjoy the riches of their hard work.   

The average government workers makes 51k which is a about 7k more than the public sector. A difference of 7k is not anything dramatic & I doubt they are living high on the hog. They are white collar common folk as opposed to the blue collar common folks. I'm all for reducing the size of government like the example I gave during the impeachment trial when 6 people touched the question asked by a Senator. Our founders would be rolling in their graves watching the checks/balances they installed being destroyed by a despot. You and I will disagree on that point but Trump shouldn't be touting the great economy yet reduce increases. Most in business will pay their employees more when times are good and hold the status quo when they are not.

There are so many people with this type of disposable cash & it could be better used for all the homeless, addicted, sick and the poor in our country. 

Trump is known for never using his own money & these sheep just follow the lying shepherd falling over each other to be seen with him. I wonder how many Russian and Saudi donors will be in attendance. 

When he loses in November, all this money will go into his pocket just like the inaugural money. The RNC will never see it again. He'll need the dough when the SDNY gets done with his ass.

This would be a violation of collective bargaining deal and cast doubt on Trump's claim that economy is the best in US history.  His letter to congress cites a national emergency claiming federal agencies cannot sustain a pay increase.  Blame his tax cuts that reduced revenue and negatively affected the sustainability of the federal budget.  Despite promises to avoid cuts, his budgets also cut spending on social security, medicaid and medicare.

She has revealed Herself on facebook in support of the 4 Prosecutors who have stepped down in the Stone case. And on  social media her hatred of Trump and dislike of Roger Stone.     They asked the Judge on the Stone case to have removed and He said NO....Also,Her lawyer has stated that she has set her bias aside and has ruled only by the facts. Anything to say about These facts??

Corrupt politicizing of justice under Trump.  He undermines the rule of law and is turning US into a banana republic.  In the past, he has pardon a war criminal and punish a purple heart recipient.  Given a metal of freedom to a white supremacist and brought a full page ad against 5 black kids who were proven innocent.  In 3 years, Trump associates have 32 indictments and 6 convictions.  In contrast, Obama associates have no indictments or convictions in 8 years.

Judicial branch is supposed to be independent to ensure justice.    However Trump forced justice department to reverse its own sentence recommendation for Roger Stone.  This lead to federal prosecutors resigning in protest.  In a fair trial, Roger Stone is convicted for lying to congress, obstruction of justice and witness tampering.  7-9 years sentence is reasonable under normal guidelines.  Trump has no business interfering in criminal prosecutions.  House judiciary committee wants attorney general Barr to testify about his controversial decisions.  American bar association threatens Barr.  Also the senate has voted to limit Trump's power to take military action against Iran.  His recklessness deserves greater congressional oversight.

Why are we focusing on just their salary  ? What about their  Benefits  ?  Gimme a break.  When you include their health care and pensions,  they are doing much better than the average  Joe.  

Pay attention JP.  You just might learn something.   This is not about jealousy.   This is about REDUCING the size of government .  Why would I join to perpetuate the problem.   You're a dope !
