Took a ride along Fort Lauderdale beach this afternoon & it was pretty empty. Tourists from Canada are returning home now & small businesses who pay outrageous rent for their location are worried that students won't be arriving for Spring Break.

Many of these businesses need these visitors to stay in business.

The Service Employees International Union plans to invest 150 million in 8 battle-ground states to send Trump packing. The union claims 2 million voters & are fed up with federal worker rights being eviscerated under Trump. The union also has membership in the health care, food services as well as state and local governments.

Their membership is diverse & half of the union members make less than $15 per hour. They've had enough of Trump's hollow promises for the working class.

In Fox interview, Trump recklessly suggests people infected with coronavirus ignore doctors' advice and go to work.  This contradicts Center for disease control guidance that sick people should stay home.  Even if infected people have few symptoms, that doesn't mean other people are the same and that infecting others would be harmless.  In worst scenario, some people die.  After briefings with experts, stupid Trump still sprouts dangerous nonsense encouraging sick people to spread a deadly disease.. 

Trump should just take off for a month, come down to Mar A Lago, golf his ass off, keep his mouth shut & allow other adults protect our country.

On St. Patty's Day, Duncan Hunter former GOP Rep from Cali gets sentenced for abusing the trust of his constituents & corruption. The fight for his seat l hasn't been determined yet.

We have a Swamp creature returning for a House seat in Darrell Issa. When he left office, Issa was the richest person in Congress. He left because he expected to be named Director of the US Trade and Development Agency but his nomination never got through the Senate & he withdrew his name. Now he's looking to get back in the game. He's another millionaire.

Issa's opponent is Carl DeMaio a conservative radio host & he's been accused of calling Trump a "pig" by Issa. He trails by about 5,000 voted with about half of the district votes being counted.

Whoever gets the nod will face Democrat Ammar Campa-Najjar. Republicans hold only 6 of the 53 House seats in Cali.

Another Republican match is in Alabama where Trump favorite, Jeff Sessions faces former Auburn football coach Tommy Tuberville. Tommy's pitch is that he's fought 40 years to win and hasn't sat behind a desk spending the citizens tax dollars. Tommy's also famous for saying he would never leave Oxford, MS as coach and then 2 days later he left for Auburn. These two are in a runoff. Avowed Racist vs Provable Liar.

Either way, Alabama loses. 

Facebook has removed Trump misleading ads that confuse the public about 2020 census.  Census bureau is concerned about imitation websites posing as the official census site.  Some people could be fooled into thinking they are filling out the official census form.  Inaccurate undercounts would reduce allocation of federal spending and congressional representation in each state.

Trump has betrayed working class Americans in many ways.  First, his tax cuts benefited the rich but shifted more tax burden onto workers.  Secondly, his budgets cut spending on social security, food stamps, medicare, education, medicaid and housing assistance.  Third, his sabotage of obamacare takes away healthcare insurance from millions of Americans.  Fourth, tariffs are among the biggest tax increases paid by Americans.  Fifth, his trade war hurts farmers and manufacturers.  Sixth, weakening of employee or consumer protections and workplace safety regulations.  Seventh, denial of overime pay to millions of workers.  Eighth, refusal to ban a pesticide linked to birth defects in children of farmworkers.  Ninth, cancelling scheduled pay increase for thousands of federal employees.  Tenth, allowing restaurant owners to steal their employees tips.  Eleventh, denying employees the capacity to press complaints against employers in court.
