Please don't make me laugh...maybe it wouldn't make a difference in your country ..However here in America the data is used to calculate all sorts of things, including the number of representatives each state gets in Congress,and the number of votes each state gets in the Electoral College ...which is justification enough for the citizenship question...

AG Barr said. Going with an executive order, he argued, "does provide a pathway for getting a question on the census."

Trump Administration lost the fight on the 2020 Census, it is as simple as that. Supreme Court has made the decision against Trump Administration and Federal Judge Jesse Furman enforces the Law. There is NO way around, Bill Bar. Supreme Court rules this land NOT you, Bill Bar!

It was a stupid fight to begin with. The Census works on the honor system. They don't fact check that stuff. Most illegals just don't participate. If they would've put those same illegals on, those same illegals would just do the same they've been doing and not participate.

All courts reject weak reasons friom Trumpt administration for adding citizenship question to census.  The constitution only permits one question, "How many persons live here?"  For a new question, government must give a legal and credible explanation according to Administrative procedure act.  However no satisfactory justification given except for contrived rationale to enforce Voting rights act. 

Census bureau is opposed to a question that would reduce response rate among minorities, making census less accurate and Voting rights act harder to enforce.  Census is supposed to count all persons and not just citizens.   Attempt to switch legal team shows that Trump administration is on weak legal grounds. Trump cannot use a executive order here.

Obviously, Trump administration is lying about its true motivation.  There is significant evidence of conspiracy to gain unfair electoral advantage by discriminating against minorities.  Abuse of power to rig census to suppress eligible voters.

Another Court victory for President Trump..A federal appeals court   ruled Thursday that President Trump can defund the Planned Parenthood abortion company. ..this will cut almost $60 Million in taxpayer funding..

60 million is chump change. The public has spent more than that for Trump's golf trips.

Labor secretary Acoste resigns amid criticism of his handling of Epstein plea deal scandal.  Gong show continues in Trump's corrupt and incompetent administration.  Highest staff turnover of any administration in 100 years according to Brookings institute. 

Hundreds of the most vital federal jobs remain unfilled according to nonpartisan Partners for public service.  Thousands of employees quit or retire during Trump's term.  Bad management is a common reason.  High turnover is costly resulting in low productivity, low morale and lower caliber workforce.

The whole administration is a total embarrassment. Trump supporters have become silent in this forum. They have been played & are starting to see he's a total fraud. Sad it took many of them so long to see the light. Most of his supporters are disenchanted losers from the Tea Party & Birther racists.

Well, depending on location of the clinic and what trimester the woman is in....minus that chump change could save lives of 10's of thousands of American baby's..

I never could understand why some people would be content in paying for the killing of someone else's baby ..

That's right and Alex Acosta was one of those deep water swamp creatures..Who had a practice of appeasing the left...and not getting rid of the Obama administration hold overs in the Administrative Review Board....Acosta's goal was never to advance the conservative policy goals of the Trump administration..

As result ,,sometimes the swamp people in the deep swamp area..aren't visible till the water level recedes a little,, so you can see their heads..in this case Alex's head is showing..

President Trump wins again....The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals Friday ruled in favor of the Trump administration's efforts to prioritize federal dollars for local policing to towns and cities that complied with certain immigration policies.

The Court ruled that the Justice Department was within its rights to withhold Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS) grants from sanctuary cities and states over their refusal to work with federal immigration enforcement authorities and instead prioritize agencies that focused on unauthorized immigration and agreed to give Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) access to jail records and immigrants in custody.
