Lavrentiy Beria, the most ruthless and longest-serving secret police chief in Joseph Stalin’s reign of terror in Russia and Eastern Europe, bragged that he could prove criminal conduct on anyone, even the innocent. “Show me the man and I’ll show you the crime” was Beria’s infamous boast.

Hey you trump cry babies.See this is the difference between us real Americans who think that if he committed crimes he should suffer the consequences, and that we think nobody is above the law.And then there's you enablers, who think he should never suffer any consequences for his crimes. When you clowns talk about if Biden committed crimes,we'll all say "If he committed crimes charge him,and if he's found guilty of those crimes, let him serve the punishment".And then there's you enabling clowns response "It's a witchhunt, your grand children will wonder when we became nazi Germany, and that hopefully an injustice like this finds you 1 day".But I do happen to notice 1 particular thing you guys don't mention, when I read through all your posts in this thread,Colonel,Uni,biggame, sundance and KC.You guys never even once try and say he's innocent of the charges, read back through them, not once do any of you even imply he's innocent. All you guys try to do is say he shouldn't of been charged, well explain to me if he did the crime, why shouldn't he be charged,is he for some reason above the law in your guys eyes?

There is a recess bell ringing somewhere right now calling you back to the classroom..... please don't call someone out if you show zero level of reading comprehension to begin with, my posts speak for themselves, this is a non-partisan issue that you of course have no difficulty inserting the partisan ideologue talking points.
My mentor and covers morality police, Mr. Wallstreet, has convinced me that name calling and passive aggressive insults are frowned upon and that we should not engage in such behavior.
So, in the spirit of WSC, here is my one olive branch extended to you by way of answering your proposed question...
I don't care, I haven't even read the indictment. Politicians, celebrities, other rich SOBs get away with crimes, murders, extortions, bribes, money laundering etc. etc. every day through out the history of the world. I could give a shit about Hunter's crack pipe, Biden's pedophilia, Hillary's murders, Trump's porn stars, etc. etc. We have much bigger issues to worry about....in the grand scheme of things these are distractions from the bigger picture.
My only point was my only post in this thread and on this topic, other than when I pointed out in another thread the fact that Trump has to turn himself in otherwise be extradited from his home state of Florida, but I digress....my only point was the dangerous precedent this sets for using partisan judicial authority for the purpose of eliminating a political opponent. How will this be used in the future? What will you do when they come knocking on your door years down the line for being a "dissident' of the regime after they nuke your social media history from the past 10 years and put you in the same camp as the other "political enemies". Oh, wait, you say that is never gonna happen to me? OK, carry on then....
Thank you America

You know what you can do with that recess bell.Your posts do speak for themselves, you are crying about someone going after their main opponent in an election in hopes of elimination. But when trump went after Hillary and tried to get dirt on her in the so called russian adoption meeting,I don't remember you crying then.Or when trump tried to get dirt on Biden,by holding off on the payment of military aid to the Ukrainian people until the Ukrainian leader said he would open an investigation on Biden. Were your tears as big then?So tell me again in your eyes, how bad it is when someones going after their opponent in an election.
So you don't care if other people get away with, and these are your words "crimes, murders, extortions, bribes, money laundering ect. ect.",you say you could give a shit.So you are basically saying you think no person should be charged with crimes,or was that just for the (again your words) "politicians, celebrities, and other rich SOB's" that shouldn't be charged?I personally don't have a problem with someone being indicted for a crime they commit, especially a politician.
And then let's try and compare it to something that happened in 1918.And yeah I'm really worried,"their gonna come knocking on my door years down the line for being a dissident of the regime after they nuke my social media history from the past 10 years and put me in the same camp as other political enemies".Do you chicken little's ever listen to yourselves, you sound ridiculous. It looks like Mr blitzkrieg has watched to many 1970's russian spy movies.

Hey guy, guess what? I really don't give a FK about any of that nonsense.....you mistake me for someone who clings to their identity politics like their lifeblood depends on it. I don't wake up in the morning and brush my teeth with the same partisan gobbly person most of America does....
Did I "cry" when Trump went after Killary ?? lol, no, I didn't even post in this cesspool sub forum until 2020....never even new / cared it was here. Shame on me for being interested in the 2020 revolution, how it happened and the geopolitical impacts it had. 2016 actually got me interested in our shithole system of politics again. I would've lost a lot of money betting against Trump back in 16 if I had been betting. No f-ing chance in hell he would've got elected over Killary, but he did and the way he accomplished it was up on par with how Obama rallied the youth and black vote in 08 and ran those demographics (different demo with Trump obviously but same result).
You mistake "crying" for civil debate, something which very few know about around here, yourself included. I posted my opinion on the comparison to Nazis. I think it is more of a Bolshevik comparison but hey, go learn some history and make your own informed decision.
As far as your last point....I do enjoy a good Bond film from back in the day, Connery of course....
I was using an extreme example obviously, no one is coming to knock on your door tomorrow but if you fail to see the correlations of history then you are doomed to repeat the failures of history. Peace out.
You are short on reading comprehension and good at making the straw man argument....I wish no argument, I am not trying to sway your opinion by any means. Committing a crime versus being prosecuted for a crime are two completely different things. Who is not being prosecuted for their crimes? Well idk, lots of people, I mean there is an entire segment of the political-celebrity-power mongers who were all pedo clients of Epstein yet to be prosecuted. Should they be? Well yes, of course. Will they be? LOL you tell me....
Thank you America

Under our current judiciary system, a person, whether they are a politician or not, is considered innocent until proven guilty.
That is America, that is what I believe. You can't argue the system....
Let's take your question.... "Do you think an ex politician should be indicted for a crime,if he committed the crime?"
You are automatically assuming this person committed the crime, therefor should be indicted for that crime. An indictment is definitely NOT AN ADMISSION OF GUILT. If this politician or Joe Blow were to be found guilty of said crime by process of indictment, then punishment of said crime is in order. That is the legal process, it is not an argument, it is written law. Although, we can all point to a large number of examples where the punishment did not fit the crime and vice versa where the crime was much more egregious than the punishment, but that is a topic for an entirely new thread.
I answered that in the most factually logical way possible. Hope that helped.
Thank you America

You are right.I should of phrased it 'Do you think an ex politician should be indicted for a crime,if there is evidence he committed the crime".And now I'm taking it that with your response of "If Joe Blow were to be found guilty of said crime by process of indictment, then punishment of said crime is in order",that it would be ok to indict an ex politician if there was enough evidence,to indict him.And then if found guilty it would be right that he served the punishment of said crime. So why were you originally saying this "isn't about law and order BS some of you are spouting".It sounds exactly like someone dealing with the consequences of law and order.

Your question should be, do you think a politician, former President, and current candidate should be indicted for a potential crime?
KC's answer will be something ridiculous like no because celebrities, wealthy, and politicians of the past are never indicted for their potential crimes.
He tries to come across neutral when in reality his posts come across as someone who is some kind of odd Trump sycophant.
He does not care about a former President and current potential candidate potentially committing crimes, he just doesn't want them indicted or tried if they have. What kind of illogical stance is that?
He calls indicting Trump for a potential crime something similar to Nazi Germany.
However, no problem with the former President attempting to silence the unfavorable press and social media by threatening to shut them down (Suppression of freedom of speech), rigging elections in his favor (I just need to find 11,000 votes), or refusing to honor the results of a free or fair election (It was rigged, I'm not leaving office, storm the Capitol and fight like hell). All of which resemble authoritarian dictators and Nazi style authoritarian leadership.
The guy just does not seem all that genuine or neutral.

Whew, running out of steam on this one honestly.....not near the passion or energy I used to have going round and round and round in the same circle....
I answered your question, thank you.
New question: "why were you saying this it isn't about law and order BS some of you are spouting"
This is about politics. Plain and simple. The powers at be have done everything possible to go after the big bad Orange man since 2017. I know you know this, there were two impeachments, they've been licking their chops to drag him down and want nothing more to have him not run in 2024 (although not sure why, maybe they do idk)
To clarify so there is no more confusion and before I log off for the weekend, the indictment is about political power pure and simple. Nothing to do with "law and order".
Nice chatting with you this afternoon.....Enjoy the weekend if I don't hear back from you before I peace out
Thank you America

Deezy, come on now homey I was talking about the BOLSEHVIKS..... the Russkies man, the Soviets WWI era.... be better bro, be better. How on earth do some of you jump from me saying "be careful, this is a slippery slope" to "Trump shouldn't be indicted". I never once said he "shouldn't be indicted". I think it is great political theatre actually and it is comical I'm getting attacked for pointing out this is an unprecedented event. Unprecedented, as in, first of its kind in our Nations history....you surely are aware of this right??

damn bro, wrong again.... let me help you, I'll be happy to answer this question you posed while I was writing to Mr.Whats.
Deezy: "Your question should be, do you think a politician, former President, and current candidate should be indicted for a potential crime?
KC's answer will be something ridiculous like no because celebrities, wealthy, and politicians of the past are never indicted for their potential crimes."
Me, answer:
Well Deezy that is a great question and I appreciate you framing it so eloquently. I am well versed in how our legal system is organized and works (and doesn't work in some instances). I'll skip a few of the procedural steps and go straight to the grand jury....if this grand jury decides there is enough evidence to indict this politician/former POTUS and future candidate, and chooses to do so, then that is the legal process. They can try the case, the defendant has a right to fair trial by jury and that will play out. If they are found guilty or innocent then that is the legal process. Celebrity, athlete politician etcetera.
This legal process is being brought about for political reasons. It has never happened before in our Nation's history. I don't know what else to tell you. If this goes to trial can you imagine the side show??? Its going to be epic fireworks, my popcorn will be ready
On a side note, what do you guys think are the political strategy ramifications behind this fascinating development? As in, do the Dems really want to bring all this attention on Trump potentially politically martyring him? Or do they have a full proof strategy to knock him out the race? Do they want him out really? Shouldn't he be easy to beat again?
From Trumps side what is his motivation to take his Orange ass up to NYC for processing? How does this help him? What if he just hunkered down in WPB until lil Ron expedites his ass up North?? All interesting questions to ponder.....
Thank you America

My bad. It wasn't you that mentioned US is now Nazi Germany, it was a different Trump sycophant. My apologies on the confusion. You mentioned Bolsheviks. I stand corrected.
@DeezyAZ81 They can try the case, the defendant has a right to fair trial by jury and that will play out. If they are found guilty or innocent then that is the legal process. Celebrity, athlete politician etcetera. This legal process is being brought about for political reasons. It has never happened before in our Nation's history. I don't know what else to tell you. If this goes to trial can you imagine the side show??? Its going to be epic fireworks, my popcorn will be ready On a side note, what do you guys think are the political strategy ramifications behind this fascinating development? As in, do the Dems really want to bring all this attention on Trump potentially politically martyring him? Or do they have a full proof strategy to knock him out the race? Do they want him out really? Shouldn't he be easy to beat again? From Trumps side what is his motivation to take his Orange ass up to NYC for processing? How does this help him? What if he just hunkered down in WPB until lil Ron expedites his ass up North?? All interesting questions to ponder.....
You make some good points. I do not know the strategy. Although this is unprecedented, Trump is also a one of kind, biggest scam artist to ever enter the oval office, and politics type of individual. Personally, I do not think this is the case that prosecutors should be going for. I think the state of Georgia should be indicting for openly and on recording trying to rig or bribe his way toward winning the 2020 election. Much stronger case with ample evidence proving so. We have never had evidence of any kind against a former president or presidential candidate. This process is political? Well, this is political office, a political candidate, and a former President, so of course politics is involved. I mean have we ever had sufficient evidence for a presidential candidate or former president running for office openly and on recording potentially committing crimes? If so, please share which ones.
I agree with you on Trump being easy to beat in next election, which is why I disagree with you that the indictment is only for political reasons. If Dems know they can easily beat him, why would they be pursuing this case for purely political reasons? Doesn't make much sense right? This shows me it likely is because there is sufficient evidence that has broken laws. Remember, I was the one that predicted Trump would be future Republican nominee months ago when you thought he was done because the party is lazy and lost and cannot break away from his grasp. Shows you how far the party has fallen. Democratic Party isn't impressive either with their lack of candidates.

You said in your post #22,make no mistake, this isn't about law and order BS some of you are spouting.Sure it's about law and order, there's evidence he broke the law,and even you said if someone breaks the law then punishment of said crime is in order.
And it's only about politics because trump is running again, the talk about charging him for these crimes was talked about long before he announced he was gonna run again. If he wasn't running again these charges would have nothing to do with a politician. The indictment is not about political power pure and simple, and has everything to do with law and order. When anybody breaks the law they should be held responsible, doesn't matter if the person who broke the law says he's gonna run for president.Should you or I or even anybody else be able to rob someone, hit and run their car into someone,or commit any other type of crime, and then just say I'm gonna run for president so then you shouldn't charge me for the crimes I committed. Then you say I've never once said he shouldn't be indicted, but then you say,if he is indicted it's all because of politics and political power,no it's because there's evidence a crime was committed, that's why he's indicted.

Unhinged republicans blindly insist Trump is innocent no matter his wrongdoing. His attacks on laws and facts are what dictators do. Since he now faces potential accountability, that proves US isn't a banana republic. Advanced democracies prosecute leaders who violate laws. For examples, France, Italy, Israel, Brazil, Germany, South Korea, etc.. In a democracy, no one should be above the law.

Unhinged democrats claim Trump is guilty before even seeing the charges. Seems democrats (i.e. Pelosi) say "YOU HAVE A RIGHT TO PROVE YOUR INNOCENSE" rather than INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY.
Should a distrist attorney run for election on; I will do everything to indict this political opposition leader?
Cannot wait til that indictment is unsealed. One of those; "You gotta see this bullshit."

Well then, good luck to the criminal crime boss trying to run a nationwide presidential campaign if he has to stay hidden in his mar-o-lardo bunker all the time while there is a nationwide warrant out for his arrest!!
Excuse but didn't "President" Biden campaign from his basement and he received the most votes ever? I know that's unimaginable but yeah it's a true story.

Your ignorance is just feeding the woke authoritarianism that has a firm grip on America. Sadly you will be the first to complain when all your freedoms are taken but unfortunately you are too stupid to realize that you (and people like you) caused it.
You're brainwashed by the elites!
