Detective Chris Serino wanted to charge Zimmerman with Manslaughter (video)

(Video #1) Retired Police Officer Lou Palumbo on the Trevon Martin case "Could Zimmerman's dad influenece as a judge have led to him not being arrested for Trevon's Death?"

Video #2 below the first video, on the same page as video 1, Retired Police officer Lou Palumbo discusses is stand your ground irrelevant in this case?

(Video #3) Retired Officer Lou Palumbo on the Trevon Martin case

(Video) Retired Police officer Eugene O' Donnell on the Trevon Martin case

That's four videos of I guess that’s three mall cops?

Let me guess, the cops are mall cops, UN-American, bad cops and YOU know more than these retired cops do

And I have another detective that I know personally that is even more experienced that these guys and believes the same thing as they do and I do. I guess some guys on an internet forum know more than actual cops

Serino- legit reference, he was on the scene.
Most cops would present an affidavit for arrest, and then what happens above their pay grade is up to them

    2) Palumbo is a CNN talking head. He is going to parrot their "agenda"
Legit question about father / judges influence, but it is simply a question.
Show PROOF their was outside pressure and you have a story

    3) Palumbo- stand your ground- isnt he retired NYPD? How is a retired NYPD cops opinion more "informed" that lawyers that work with the law every day in Florida?

4 & 5) I cant watch the videos on my phone.
Have either of these guys seen ALL the evidence the Florida investigators have?
If not, I suggest their opinions are no more informed than any other cops / ex cops, and less informed than lawyers if dealing with the legal angle

lets just hang Z in public and get it over with?

Or maybe bury him up to his head and then stone him to death?

If the facts prove he is guilty then justice should be served. If not then that is the verdict as well.

OJ, Cassie what's her name and many more have been let loose by our detectives/judicial system while others have been released after serving many years when new DNA evidence proves their innocence.

Its not a perfect system and is prone to human error and bias.

Thats all I have to say. Bash away

Cops didn’t even test Zimmerman on the scene for drugs and alcohol.

The lead investigator into the shooting of unarmed teenager Trayvon Martin wanted to charge neighborhood watch volunteer George Zimmerman with manslaughter.

The state attorney's office, headed by Norman Wolfinger, told investigator Chris Serino that there was not enough evidence to press charges.

Serino filed an affidavit on Feb. 26, the night Martin was shot and killed by Zimmerman, saying he did not believe Zimmerman's version of events.

Attorney Crump sent a formal request to the Justice Department on Monday, saying, "within hours of the shooting in which Trayvon Martin was killed, Sanford Chief of Police Bill lee met with State Attorney Norm Wolfinger.  We also believe that family members of shooter George Zimmerman were present at the police department.  It was further revealed that State Attorney Norm Wolfinger and Chief Bill Lee overruled the recommendation of the lead homicide investigator, Chris Serino, who recommended that George Michale Zimemrman be arrested for manslaughter for killing Trayvon Benjamin Martin."

Lou Palumbo has 39 years of law enforcement experience and exposes on national television that he has witnessed corruption and been apart of it himself.

39-year veteran officer Lou Palumbo uses actual evidence and he uses his detective skills to expose the 911 call as a timeline to expose Zimmerman’s account as bullshit. Officer lou exposes the officers didn’t take photographs of Zimmerman’s alleged injuries and exposes that Zimmerman had zero authority to approach Martin, ZERO AUTHORITY. Officer Lou exposes a timeline that sets into a pattern of behavior and exposes that there is enough circumstantial evidence that Zimmerman precipitated the incident.

25+ year veteran officer Eugene O'Donnell says Zimmerman has a history. Why isn’t there blood on Zimmerman’s shirt when Martin was shot point blank range supposedly on top? There would be blood all over him. Officer Eugene O'Donnell says the totality of the evidence and you start adding the evidence together. What your seeing is who precipitated the event and as you lay out the evidence together you see that there is much less of a case that Zimmerman was not the controller of the events. That Martin was stalked and isolated and all of the actions leading up to precipitating this act. The evidence shows that they were in the hands of Zimmerman.

That’s three 25+ year police veterans on video that think Zimmerman should be charged and put on trial. They can’t spin this DL . When you are a nobody on an Internet forum and you call three officers with 25+ years of experience mall cops? That exposes them as morons. They look stupid for pretending to know more than actual police veterans.

Cops didn't test Z for drugs or alchohol-
    How is this relevant?

No blood on shirt- Why would there be?
I thought Z had a red jacket on...
Also, what makes you think O'Donnel is privvy to evidence collected?

It's relevant to the case because

    1) Zimmerman was carrying a gun

    2) Zimmerman fatally shot Trayvon Martin

Note: Trayvon Martin  was tested for drugs and alcohol

Zimmerman wearing Red Jacket with police

You mean the red jacket that Zimmerman is wearing after allegedly Martin was shot point blank range on top of him in the chest and appears to be no blood spatter on that jacket. He looks really clean after allegedly fearing his life. Watch faces of death videos to see what a gunshot to the chest looks like. It’s a mess.

Cops didn’t follow police procedure. That’s why it’s relevant that they didn't test Zimmerman for drugs and alcohol. You would think after a person is killed that the police would like to see if you were intoxicated.

O’Donnel has the same evidence the police have. The only reason why Zimmerman is free is because he is hiding behind stand your ground and daddy saved his ass. You guys act like the police have evidence that the public doesn’t know about. The 911 tape, witness accounts, and Zimmerman’s story. There is NO secret evidence and if there is, those crooked fucks destroyed it already. Just like 39-year veteran officer Lou Palumbo says happens.

Ive been arguing my case for 4 days. Nothing shuts up people more than using actual detectives to make my case for me.

    money

Bottom line is that it will be up to the court to decide. It's a tragedy through and through no matter what we all say on this site.

You said you "expert" cop said shirt.

Did this cop not know Z was wearing a jacket?

You are also assuming T was on top of Z when shot.
At some point according to witnesses he was, but T may have move off center mass, I will wait for evidence to be released

Odonnel has same evidence as cops????
    Really?
Please tell me where he got the evidence, and your source to this fact.

Not tested- this is not Nazi Germany.
There is a thing called the 4th amendment.

The police would have NO RIGHT to collect blood / breatherlyzer Z, without warrant or consent ( check with DJ and Depeche )

Martin is dead, so part of autopsy

People are saying Trevon was kicking Zimmerman's ass and Zimmerman was fearing his box life and shot him in bullshit self defense.

Blah blah blah you need to do your own research. The evidence has been released piece by piece on the internet secretly by detective Chris Serino to someone he trusts . The same evidence the detective had is what is available for all to see online.

The police can ask you and you can comply with the test or they will get a warrant on the spot and take you to the hospital to get tested.

OJ, Cassie what's her name and many more have been let loose by our detectives/judicial system while others have been released after serving many years when new DNA evidence proves their innocence.

Thats all I have to say. Bash away

OJ's jury showed no racial bias in their decision. That pesky DNA didn't prove a damm thing.

A judge would have to sign off on the warrant.
Certainly under exigent circumstances a warrant isnt even required, but what crime is being committed that the police would be investigsting?

If going to a judge ask asking for a search and seizure warrant, what crime are you investigating?

( and judges are less likely to do that with the human body then a house car etc )

It's crazy that in the united states of america you can just say I was defending myself and it's case closed and everyone believes you. Three cops are wrong but the killer well he's telling the truth. How about the crime of stalking, attacking and shooting a person because you were losing a fight.

Vick kills dogs and burress shoots himself both get 2 years followed by applause. Zimmerman kills kid at night and a detective wants to press manslaughter charges and 2 cops agree with the detective and somehow Zimmerman has followers? Are you guys going to send love letters to Zimmerman if he gets locked up.

Ya thats how it works..nobody checked to see if he had a broken/bloody nose or if he had lacerations on the back of his head or anything. What a fuckin pity.

No 13 year old boy corroboriting his story.

Trayvons father never said the voice wasn't his son's.

Its a damn shame when evidence goes against public box oppinion huh?

I like many others are just stating our opinions on ehat " evidence " has leaked out.
A broken nose and injuries to the back of Zs head ( if true ) support Zs story

He stalked the kid after the fight?
No, He shot the kid while engaged ib the fight ( if the leaked report is accurate and true)

    Burress went to trial
Z is being convicted by you and a small fraction of people withoit knowing ALL the evidence.
Lets see ALL the evidence, and I along with others may change our minds.

    Also @#16

You ignored the point I made about obtaining a search warrant.

Do you concede that I am correct?

    If not, again I ask:
You are going to a judge and ask for blood sample because what law was broken?

If you wanna know where I stand listen to the two 25+ year veteran police officers they make my case for me. Every thing you throw at me the two veteran cops answer for me. I don't even need to respond any more. Just listen to the two cops on the videos and they answer for me. Three cops vs you nutcases. Checkmate.

I'm not smart enough to figure this out on my own so I lean on cops 2000 miles away and can see the same evidence as me. I want this mthfcker Z to be guilty so bad that I have put myself on a cliff. When the smart dudes post videos that show zimmerman was legit defending himself I clam up so tight and cry like a baby.

All talk about xx years veteran cops bla bla bla. How many years does it take to learn how to follow the evidence trail asshole?

You and anybody that thinks you can put an American in jail without evidence and based on your fucked up gut feeling is worse than a member of the Taliban.

When this is all said and done your umpteen year veteran cops are going to have to eat alot of crow and you probably will dissapear just like you've done on this and other threads since every bit of evidence comes forward that makes your perceptions and projections to look more and more retarded. Your mall cop buddies are stepping on their dicks and dragging you down with them, albeit not kicking and screaming.
