We all know that President Biden is considering issuing these preemptive pardons & it's terrible he has to consider it for people who have yet to be charged. Never has a president needed to protect people from the planned victimization by an incoming president. I may be wrong but I think Ford did this for Nixon but it's the only incident of a preemptive pardon in our history.
The POS & his acolytes have pledged loyalty to him, a requirement for the job, & have a list of names they plan to investigate. So Biden has the burden to bear.
