Last F5/EF5 tornado was 2013. Longest streak of no EF5 since records began in 1950. In 1974 alone there were '7' F5 rated tornadoes.

Yeah, there has aiways been a "twist" but I never seen as bad as now. Probably because I am retired with more time and the internet with access to actual data. When I was a working man it was 6 and 6:30 news and off I go like most Americans with head full of bias info. Had a sister-in-law warn me back in 2006 that this (division, coordinated media lies) was coming and I laughed it off. Wrong. I understand natural human bias in news reporting yet what I see is 1970's soviet news style.
