After 2 years of nonstop denials of any collusion with Russia, Rudy Giuliani decided to spin it and says collusion is not a crime so who cares if Trump did it? Is Giuliano cracking under the pressure or is he setting the sycophantic Trump base to the impact of the Mueller report having substantial collusion throughout the campaign? This seems like the classic rape defense strategy of rapist stating there was no contact whatsoever with the victim to yea sure there might have been some sexual interaction but it was all consensual to yes he banged her hard and she wanted it all the way. For Giuliani to go this far from no contact to who cares if there was contact means they are deeply nervous about what comes out and are spinning a yarn to mitigate any damage.

I think he is referring to the meeting itself as not being criminal, which it is not. The entire dossier that was used to obtain FISA warrants was along the same lines. The DNC, through Perkins Cole paid the Russians for "dirt" on Trump. Kinda along those lines...yes?

The meeting itself was a set-up. there was no info to be had. The Russians in attendance, had ties to Fusion GPS, and the phony dossier.
