the house and senate will pass a few thousand bills in the first hours of the new session stating what was will be. But they do not have to do this. they can form any new policies they wish in either house.
they do not need a super majority of 66% for anymore than impeachment proceedings. that is the truth, the house and senate majority can limit debate, stop admendments, stop any legislation from up or down vote, rewrite the parlimentary proceedings or anything the leadership wants at this point.
and why? because it was never a part of the constitution. they can state we will allow legilation for 3 months and then recovene convening dec 2018.

Trump and High level cabinet members are scheduled to go to Moscow in June. It will be interesting how those negotiations go.
but if you believe Trump will lift the sanctions his leverage at those negotiations as a sign of good faith. Did you even read his book "Art of a good Deal", You really have no understanding of this mans tatics.
He is not going to play fair he does not plan to fight fair with Moscow or really anyone else, and he does not believe The Kremlin will give a fair fight or expect it.
