Of course if he wins the election he would dissolve everything *FEDERAL* still outstanding.

He would then pardon himself if convicted, even though there is legal opinion that he can't do that.  But he would do it anyway and tie it all up in court for at least 4 years.

I have read that Presidents CANNOT provide pardons for state convictions.  I guess an ignoramus like Trump ignores what his lawyers tell him because he apparently thinks he's above the law.

That’s what his base admirers him for, There’s 1/4 of this country that adorned The James Boys, Dillinger, or Gotti  !Most of the time, a wealthy man can beat any charge, if he throws money at it. The Courthouse is an auction block, for Lady Justice’s @$$. Then add in political power ! If you are well connected, then you can escape justice even if you need to wait for pardon….Just look at all the pardons handed out on the last days of almost every President. It’s a who’s who of white collar crooks and deep pocketed tipper’s! Never forget the USA has nearly 5% of the world’s population and 66.3 of its lawyers….That has to tell you something!

Why is it that every time how Biden is speaking about African Americans, are addressing us directly, why is it that he goes into his whole, "I speak jive" routine? Does he not have the respect for an entire race of people to address us in proper English? Honest question.

I think liberal whites are acutely aware that many whites are racist and consider themselves superior to blacks, and are terrified of being thought of in that way, so they avoid using words that are and terrified of giving the impression that they think themselves superior, So in trying to be accepted and despite the best intentions they come off as condescending.

As far Joe Biden and white politicians on both side of the isle speaking to people of color it’s important to remember that EVERY POLITICIAN THINKS THEY’RE THE SMARTEST PERSON IN THE ROOM. They think can just shake hands, fist bump or In Joe’s mind High Five and we’re rolling!

 Stu, I think something similar happens to Latinos when someone attempts to communicate using horrible Spanish. It's like trying to be part of a society that will be discarded once you get what you want from them.  

Not sure his problems will ever go away, as he’s an anti-American fascist only interested in being president for 38% of the population.

 That's a fair answer. I think there is more to it than simply that. I think some white liberals have what I have at times termed 'white savior syndrome', an oft subconscious ideology shared by some white liberals, and I put extreme emphasis on some out of respect for some of the members of this forum, who I do not believe share this ideology, consciously or subconsciously. I think this syndrome predates emancipation. And is essentially expressed as such: "I intend to do right by black people but in spite of themselves. I will do for them as they cannot do for themselves. I will think for them as they cannot think for themselves." Now the doing is tricky, and a slippery slope. This is still a white majority country. So emancipation does not happen without the contributions of white people. The civil rights movement doesn't happen without the contributions of white people. The thinking is another thing altogether. And there exist the narrative, that black people contribute to ourselves, that if you don't act a certain way, talk a certain way, listen to a certain kind of music, then you aren't black. We're the only race of people where this exist. Even extremely traditional cultures, East Indians, East Asians, Nigerians, they may not approve of certain cultural choices, but those choices wouldn't amount to a person being barred from the race. A Japanese family isn't going to consider their son no longer Japanese is he listens to 2 Chainz. As it relates to politics, there exist this narrative that if you aren't lockstep with the Democratic party, you either are ignorant, literally incapable of thinking for yourself, or suffering from some sort of dysmorphia. You literally don't know what race you are. So when Joe Biden says something like, I'm paraphrasing, "If you don't vote for Biden, you ain't black!" it's saying, "You're incapable not even just making your own decisions politically. You're not afforded the right to say, "X candidate more aligns with my beliefs." You have to choose this person.

There are plenty of poor, white Americans who vote down ballot against their own interests but the notion still stands, they are afforded that right to choice. No one admonishes them for making the choice they see fit. And when Biden says so much, and does it with that "I speak jive" thing he does, I just can't help blows my mind that it's considered ok. He does and says so much that could be considered racist but gets a pass but yet here someone will assert that Trump can't even be bothered to respect someone, simply because they are black, even though nothing in his past track record supports this.
