kevin strickland maintained his innocence for 42 years

there was no evidence against him except the lone testimony of a white woman

the all white jury convicted him in missouri just on that sole testimony

two of the murderers stated multiple times that strickland had no involvement in the incident

she later recanted , saying she was pressured by police into identifying strickland . and even the prosecution took up the cause to have him released for wrongful conviction ,but the republican attorney general and the republican governor refused multiple times to grant clemency

the courts finally vaccated that wrongful conviction last week and released him after 42 yrs

As attorney general, Kamala Harris weaponized technicalities to keep wrongfully convicted people behind bars rather than allow them new trials with competent counsel and prosecutors willing to play fair. One of them, Kevin Cooper, is on death row. Another, George Gage, will die in prison without intervention from the governor. In both cases, Harris had the power to change the outcome. She could have demanded DNA testing in Cooper’s case. She refused. She could have conceded Gage’s conviction was based on the prosecutor’s decision to suppress evidence that devastated the credibility of the sole witness against him. She didn’t. 

It’s not racist if you’re a democrat. 

Further proof that Democrats use black people and racism only to push their political agenda.

The senate passed the measure and it will go to President Biden for signing.

U.S. Attorney General, Merrick Garland, is suing the State of Texas, over their ULTRA-discriminatory gerrymandering.

It will be interesting to see where this ends.  States do have the right to gerrymander.

Agreed.  There are some limitations as to what this pill can do, but used properly it is supposedly very highly efffective in the earliest stages!
