For example, school meals for millions of children. Doordash, Instacart and National grocers association are some of the companies contributing.

Decades ago, US once had a ban on assault weapons. It helped reduce the number of people killed in mass shootings. After lobbying by National rifle association, republican congress later allowed temporary ban to expire because it had little effect on gun violence. Mass shootings account for 1% of all gun violence. Now polls show most people support a ban.

Yes, the Inflation "Production" Act is only "part" of the additional Trillions of $$ that we taxpayers are on the hook for. We also had the Chips Act, and the Build Back Better, and other garbage spending , too.
How can people not realize all of these bills are funded with money printing by the FED that further stokes inflation. How Schumer got away w/ calling the Inflation "Reduction" Act for what it wasn't , is laughable... 
And regarding the Student Debt Relief, here's hoping the Supreme Court does the right thing and strikes down the executive order by Biden to forgive up to $20k to individuals. He doesn't have the authority to make decisions that affect how taxpayer $$ is spent. That responsibility resides in Congress, and he even admitted so on the campaign trail that he didn't believe he had the authority.
