May 6 (Reuters) - California energy officials on Friday issued a sober forecast for the state's electrical grid, saying it lacks sufficient capacity to keep the lights on this summer and beyond if heatwaves, wildfires or other extreme events take their toll.

And just remember,  the stupidity that emanates from this state is soon adopted on a national scale by the 'empty heads ' on the left..

Biden had a beloved son who served (later died) and it's always a solemn time for him.

So unlike our previous president (2017 -2021), President Biden chooses not to describe out fallen vets as "loosers" and "suckers"

The hill reports that 3 of the largest business groups support Biden and McCarthy debt deal.  US chamber of commerce, Business round table and National association of manufacturers.  Of course, the deal is imperfect but default is worse.

to declare victory after a bipartisan deal to raise the debt ceiling
passed both chambers of Congress, preventing a debt default
and economic chaos.

But even as he thanked his political opponents,

and he slammed their proposed cuts to Medicaid, clean energy

I'm happy to see  that student loan borrowers are going to  be paying  " their fair share". 

After expiring of title 42 policy, border invasion never materialized but Greene still wants to impeach Mayorkas and Biden.  Historically, decades of securing border have done little to control migrant flows while leading to many migrant deaths every year.  However congress has repeatedly rejected bipartisan immigration reforms for decades.  Apparently, immigration is a problem that no one wants to solve.  MAGA republicans don't want a more diverse population but need the fantasy of border crisis to appeal to voters. 

CBS news report that Biden administration plans to increase processing of asylum claims from 20,000 to 40,000 per month.  According to Cato institute, providing legal paths for more immigration is the best way to secure the border and provide for US economy.  Most economists believe immigrants as workers, consumers and tax payers are positive for US economy in the long term.  Without foreign labor, agriculture and other industries would crash because Americans don't want to do low paying hard work.  Better to regulate legal immigration instead of a black market.  

According to the Hill, Biden administration announces $2.6 billion for coastal climate resilence, habitat restoration to increase fish populations and improved NOAA data collection.

Another good thing for America.......for which Biden will get no credit from republicants

Washington post reports Biden administration's $115 million to repair aging water infrastructure in Jackson of Mississippi.  Many residents lack clean drinking water for up to weeks.

The MAGA racists down there and elsewhere won't like that

CBS news report Biden administration plan to invest $65 billion to improve high speed internet access in rural areas.   8 million homes and businesses nationwide don't have access to high speed broadband service according to Federal communication commission.

You guys are as funny as the GOP posters here, every legislation or event that takes place is from Biden and his administration. That is false and you all know it. Nothing moves forward without both sides working it out, so all the spending investing wonderful programs are not just DEM programs, and it makes you guys seem as partisan and uneducated as those you fight with all the time.
