Extensive barriers have already been build by Bush and Obama administrations before Trump.  Better to invest elsewhere instead of a wall that cannot stop most illegal immigration.  At south border, most illegal migrants enter US through official ports of entry instead of unguarded areas.  Most of them legally enter the US but overstay their allowed time.  They can travel by air, water or land.

Only a moron would confuse a cartel with the government of Mexico. Launching missiles into Mexico - like Trump and Pompeo have endorsed - would not prevent or solve this. All the cartels would do is put more innocents in the way of the bombs, just like ISIS and Al Qaeda did. Funny how Republicans always think that launching missiles and military invasions into foreign countries is a great idea - didn’t work well in Iraq or Afghanistan. Didn’t work in Vietnam. Didn’t work in Korea.

I did visit Mexico two months ago and had a good time. Went to Ted Cruz’s favorite place to flee Texas blizzards actually. Too bad Trump’s cronies are facing criminal charges for their fake fund the wall fund, which took advantage of rubes like you.
