I would use a little patience with the situation book . If you haven’t noticed the wheels are now in motion in regards to the things you are speaking about . The change has already begun , this is simply the beginning stage . Where the process goes from here will be interesting for sure , but the seed of growth has been planted . I would just play it close to the vest and let things play out accordingly . I sense that there is a new and revitalized spirit in our moderator and that good things will come from it . I would suggest avoiding doing this when you know exactly what you are doing and why. If you think a member is breaking the rules, report it but do not retaliate because you feel justified.
