My grandpa was in a South Jersey construction union. If you asked him about Trump he would say in his thick accent “a**hole” because Chump was notorious for hiring immigrants and then stiffing them. Most people in South Jersey have known he’s a fraud for the last 40 years. I remember going to his properties in the early 90s and thinking “what a dump!” The Tropicana and the Excalibur in Las Vegas were classier and more successful lmao.

trump, his company and his accomplices are being dealt with fairly and in keeping with our laws SO FAR, but the real concern is not his protestations of chronic "victimhood" but rather that the prosecution may actually be too soft, let alone the eventual sentencing.

Somehow I have my doubts there will be any serious consequences to the Trump crime family.

@Zeus4par  Looks like you may be right about that.  Trump and his corrupt kids will evade charges  and word is his corrupt company which is guilty of fraud over 15 years may only be liable for a paltry $1.6m fine, maybe less.

I heard elsewhere that it is possible the jury could increase the fine with punitive damages.

Donald Trump, who had endorsed Rep. Kevin McCarthy’s bid for House speaker, declined to say Tuesday whether he still supports his longtime ally after McCarthy, R-Calif., failed to clinch the job in three consecutive votes.

Trump had repeatedly backed McCarthy for the job and urged his allies in the conservative Freedom Caucus to unite behind McCarthy as well.

Trump is taking a victory lap now as he usually does whenever something inevitable occurs.

nearly $1m, for what a Florida judge called a bogus legal
claim against Hillary Clinton and her top advisers.

to the defendants in the case, after claiming they conspired

Citing other legal action that Mr Trump is embroiled within,
Judge Middlebrooks described the former president as
a "prolific and sophisticated litigant" who uses the courts
"to seek revenge on political adversaries".
