Trump’s brags about passing dementia tests isn’t the dunk he thinks it is

DJT bragged again to Fox News today about passing multiple cognitive tests, which are used to screen for dementia and Alzheimer’s. He then challenged Nikki Haley to one because “It’d be nice to have an intelligent person be president.”

That comment was rather unintelligent because cognitive tests do not measure intelligence, they measure whether you can remember what happened a few hours ago, what happened yesterday, and family members’ and friends names. 

Haley should immediately accept and televise the results. She also looks pretty fit, she should challenge him to a race while she’s at it. Pretty sure he would embarrass himself lol

Haley would be a great first woman president.

Siena college survey of historians rank Trump last in intelligence among 46 presidents.  But intelligence is probably the most important quality for leaders.  He has been described as a moron by former associates Mattis, Bolton and Tillerson.  McMaster, Kelly, Nunberg, Mnuchin and Preibus say Trump is an idiot.

Couldn’t the thought that titled this thread just as easily have been put into any one of the other Anti-Trump threads that are already littering this forum guys ?

Well, judging by the fact that Biden doesn’t have a laundry list of ex-staffers calling him an idiot certainly does differentiate him from Trump. Occam’s Razor suggests the simplest answer is the right one - which is that people who worked for Trump think he’s an idiot, and people who worked for Biden do not think he’s an idiot. So there’s that.

One old axiom that would have served Trump well is, “If you look around a room and think everyone there is an a**hole, then you’re an a**hole.”

Oh c’mon now, if any other candidate was dumb enough to challenge someone to a dementia test to show who is the most intelligent, you and your buddies in the right wing media machine would have run with it for a month. 
I’m sorry that the candidate whose balls you want to wash squeaky clean is bragging about passing a test that solely exists to show whether a person has severe cognitive problems, but that is indeed the candidate you’ve shackled yourself to and will ceaselessly defend. Can’t say we didn’t warn you about him!

 Nas killed Jay but I think a lot of Nas bars were dreamed up where as Jay was speaking truth. Jay was a real gangster. Nas was not.  Jungle took all the gangster in that family. When Jay said he showed Nas his first Tec on tour with Large Professor, I believe him. He was the type that would be toting a Tec back then. Brooklyn cat. Rocking a grill. Plus who makes something like that up. Large Professor. That's throwback. Jay was wrong about one thing though. He mentions Nas making a hot line that he made a hot song. The line he was referring to was from The World is Yours. The World is Yours is arguably one of the greatest hip-hop songs of all time. The song Jay-Z made, Dead Presidents, is no where near as good. Not even in the same league. Not bad but not quite a classic.

You have White Staffers yanking Biden away from reporters questions. Biden saying "I might get in trouble" when refusing questions and staffers making sure he reads from teleprompters.

As far as exstaffers; Author Chris Whipple claims in “The Fight of His Life” that when the then-78-year-old president told the media that “there’s going to be no circumstance where you see people being lifted off the roof of an embassy” after American troops leave Afghanistan, a White House staffer cringed after hearing the remark. 

That’s a dumb thing to say, he thought, because we fly helicopters from the embassy every day,” Whipple writes in his book.

The comment indeed came back to haunt Biden as a photo was snapped on Aug. 15, 2021, of a US military Chinook helicopter evacuating US Embassy staff from Kabul as the Taliban took control of the capital city.

You two are funny acting like its Joe only when we see Trump babbling on inaccurately all the time. He was yacking about Jan 6th and was thinking he was talking about Nancy but he went on and on and on about Nikki Haley, he mistakes words and recollections all the time, his memory is garbage as well. Age does that as we saw with Mitch and with Nancy and many politicians or public figures.

What kind of a theme and a pretty lousy one is that Trump will ridicule people, anyone and think that is ok when he has some of the same issues himself let alone that why is anyone ok supporting another person who intentionally and regularly insults and degrades and antagonizes people?

Best not to try and pump up Trump when he has some of the same issues himself, he constantly rambles on making no sense, mistakes in terms and details and mixes up events all the time. Its about age and it is not just the DNC guy, its pretty much most people their ages. At least Joe isnt waxing poetic stomping on people and their challenges or differences like Trump does daily.

  Another Trump-bashing thread was started because of a slip-up by Trump. The OP probably didn't stop to think that a similar thread could be started about Biden almost daily. But why bother? Anyone with working eyes & ears can tell Biden isn't all there. There's no way his handlers would let Biden be subjected to a cognitive test. I'm not sure I'd want to see him do it. Imagine the shit storm it would set off if word got out that he failed it. It would affect everyone.

 I don't like Trump, & i don't hate Biden......... I'm just fascinated by the lengths people go to to bash/hate on one & defend the other no matter what. It's a circus.......a train wreck you can't look away from. It'll be a shame if we're left to choose between these two again.

 Well no question that Biden is not fit to be in politics, he should exit and let someone else come in but it isnt like we havent seen other presidents side step medical exams and fabricate things too. Trump fab'd his phusicals like every year, the guy is borderline obese and is not physically fit to do much more than golf using a electric cart but he wanted to maintain the faux image of being less weight and in better shape than he is. Biden does not want to take risks the same way that Feinstein didnt and politicians on both sides do not want to. It is pretty sad that as we age the abilities to function decline and in the case of both Trump and Biden that is evident. My problem is with the attacks and abuse, I consider that issue to be larger than dementia or being overweight. But you likely know this 10x over about me long ago.
