I agree it's tilting toward the bad guys but there's still a ways to go as we have effectively only just begun the 4th quarter of the football game. Could have a "Tom Brady moment" for the Democrat good guys!
im not so optimistic as u what we r seeing is blind partisanship means way more than candidate quality and blind partisanship to the axis of evil is leading even when the partisanship is to a party whose leader wants to terminate our sacred US constitution

Republic consultant Scott Jennings just made a valid point on the CNN election night panel, saying "Joe Biden is not the answer"
He's right. Joe Biden is not the answer to solve all of America's problems, and he never was, though I am surprised he has achieved a very good level of success to date, and he should be commended for it.
But the same man who dines with anti-semites & white nationalists and is calling to terminate the Constituition is FAR WORSE no matter how bad you think JOE BIDEN may be! That's the bottom line. We only had two choices in 2020: Biden, or "worse than Biden." Americans decided by over 7 million votes that they were better off voting against the "worse than Biden" candidate.
But even then voters didn't know the "worse than Biden" candidate would cry his big lie endlessly, incite a violent attack on our Capitol, dine with anti-semites & white nationalists, call for ending Democracy by terminating our Consitutution, and be involved in several criminal investigations, including being found guilty of fraud on all 17 counts by a jury of his peers today!

The second after I hit "BET" that same line jumped to -571 (at least on my screen) and today sits at -647 I would've have bet triple that but I need those funds for my betting on college and NFL football this weekend. I'll have another look when the dust settles Sunday evening. (But I expect the lines will only get worse.) Still, even at 6 to 1 odds, I figure this is fairly close to "free money" - much like when I bet on the republicans to win the House majority! But I am a gambler and understand the risks. If I lose I lose....oh well...comes with the territory....BUT the GOP still won't gain the Senate and that's the main thing. UPDATE...Following my second straight weekend-windfall betting NFL (18 - 2) I took all those profits and placed a second large bet on Reverend Warnock, albeit at much worse odds. $5,425 @ -1085 to win $500 (bet today)$5,434 @ -544 to win $999 (bet last week) I consider this to be as close to getting "free money" as it was betting $17,000 on the republicans to retake the House, and when I bet a whopping $105,000 against trump in the 2020 presidential election! But yeah, I could still lose, in theory. But I am OK with that, because afterall, it costs me nothing -- all the funds are from recent NFL windfall profits *and* my profits from betting on the GOP to retake the House! Nothing out of pocket. Just reinvesting profit money to make even more profit money! A win by Reverend Warnock over the clown from Texas does a few things: • most important, it provides much better representation in Congress for Georgians, and also for the good of America • it makes the senate "Manchin proof" for Democracy • it is clearly another referendum on the twice-impeached LOSER/FRAUD who vigorously endorsed Walker and even held a special rally for him and who is the "Don" of the trump crime family and the exalted leader of the pro-fascism republican MAGA cult.

Agree, I was no fan of Biden in the 2020 primaries, but I would have voted for a ham sandwich over Donald Trump. He gave me the biggest tax hike of a lifetime, drove up inflation with idiotic tariffs, destroyed our global health programs and diplomatic efforts which left us blind to an entire pandemic (only to pretend the pandemic wasn’t happening), demonized brown people, insulted veterans, and sold off our national defense interests so he could suck up to MBS and Putin and wash their balls. Hell, he couldn’t even keep a cabinet together for more than six months, and his appointees led the league in corruption. Doesn’t get much worse than that!
Biden should have repealed those idiotic tariffs by now and repealed the Trump tax scam btw

It just shows how the GOP will vote for anyone as long as they say they are a part of party, no matter how much they have no business being in office. Not a good thing for America if half the Country does not look at qualification of those they vote for.

Potential candidates are terrified that any skeletons they may have in their closets will be revealed once they announce their candidacy. So we end up with less than desirable candidates running for office that have no problem being bought by any industry that makes a sizeable donation to their campaign & who embrace their personal skeletons.
Wearing "blackface" as a kid in the 60's or 70's during Halloween is a deathtrap if revealed while flying a Confederate flag in your front yard makes you an excellent candidate to some.
Things are ass backwards IMO.

Yes you are right, Trump hate politics are here to stay even when he is sitting in a cell.
But it is a shame Congress Members have been selling their votes since all the Veterans from WW2 were no longer in House, so my guess would be since 80s. Those members that fought for our Country had a feel for the people, though I am sure some were corrupt back then.
They make 200 grand a year but are worth millions, there is just no way you can get that much money on that income without some help from the rich or big business who run this Country and always have.

In light of Arizona Sen. Kyrsten Sinema leaving the Democratic party, how crucial is the Warnock's Senate seat meant to the Dems and the Bidden Administration, graciously.

No difference, imo. She's not going over to the pro-fascism republicans and is expected to continue her high rate of voting for Democrat initiatives. 93% I believe it is.
Her point is about "partisan politics" and I agree with her! It's gotten way out of control, at both state and federal levels, but particularly since January 21, 2017.
Had she been a republican when elected, she would have abandoned the GOP long ago.

2nd update...
The savvy decision to bet $$ on the Democrat to defeat the trump-endorsed MAGA republicanhas just paid off a second time! In addition to those profits, my book has a "loyalty program" based on the AMOUNTS I bet. I had thrown $17,000 on the republicans to retake the House (winner!!) and then bet $10,859 on Warnock (winner!!) Those bets, plus my NFL bets (25 - 5 last 3 weeks!!) combined to earn me over 400,000 "bet credits" - which members are allowed to convert into real cash...so I pocketed an additional $880 into my account, and I am free to withdraw it without any rollover requirements!

See ya at the NFL Playoffs, that's where I usually played since late '80s. Love that NFL postseason games , esp. at one of the Strip books, intense, excited, and thrilled.

The savvy decision to bet $$ on the Democrat to defeat the trump-endorsed MAGA republican has just paid off a second time!
Let's see what happens if there is a three way race in her Senate seat in 2024, an Independent, a Democrat and one Republican. This seat could be very well flipped to Red.

@Midnight1 It just shows how the GOP will vote for anyone as long as they say they are a part of party, no matter how much they have no business being in office. Not a good thing for America if half the Country does not look at qualification of those they vote for.
The Dems are not saints by any means, but they do care about candidate quality because they actually have policies and a platform to achieve for the betterment of America, unlike the current crop of republicans. Their extremist partisanship is unprecedented and harmful.
