I agree, when President Trump tried to censor free speech that he didn’t like (with legal arguments wholly ignorant of existing SCOTUS case law), he most certainly violated the First Amendment. It is a silly question because let’s face it, DJT doesn’t know or care what’s in the Constitution - he hates the Constitution when it’s inconvenient, and loves it when it helps him.
