Will Biden use executive privilege to block Burisma emails

 The Biden White House has so far remained silent as it weighs whether to block the release of a trove of documents from the Obama administration that may contain information about Hunter Biden's relationship with the Ukrainian energy company Burisma.

The records – requested by America First Legal and other groups – consist of 69 images and 282 email messages that were reviewed by NARA and cleared for release. There were 22 related emails that contain information exempted from FOIA requests and are restricted, as well as 75 messages that will be partially redacted if the president permits them to be released.

Interesting that Hunter's million dollar a year salary for serving on the board of a Ukrainian gas company was cut in half two months after Joe left office. 

Biden has 60 days to decide. If he does block the release only a court order can unseal them or they remain sealed until 2029.

Anything there to hide Joe???

This is a breaking news story, a president might use exec powers to shield themselves or hide things they do not want to disclose. No wonder the right wing establishment is so upset, this has never ever happened before. I was so upset I could not sleep all night, I dont know what I am going to do.

Everytime a president has used executive privilege to shield themselves it was breaking news. And so it maybe again. 

You don't need to antagonize with "I was so upset I could not sleep." I heard that was frowned upon here.

This isnt new, it isnt a first but since it fits your political narrative it is such shocking news. Where was your disdain and shock when it has been done by your party, your candidates? If you are upset at the politician using tactics to shield and avoid and maintain an image, then be upset at ALL of the times this happens not just when it is a Democrat.

Threads like this are of little value when they are partisan and biased.

And I wouldn't say the right wing establishment is upset over this. More interested where it goes. 

Now mainstream media, interesting when Googling I don't see ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, NPR, etc on this story.
