Actually, the current level of new cases is eclipsing the July levels,

according to the latest NBC News analysis, and that means the death rate will rise in 2-3 weeks.

Nearly 74,000 cases were reported on Tuesday.

And the U.S. has been averaging 71,000 new cases per day over the past week,

which is the most in any seven-day stretch since the crisis started in March.

Why does that mean the death rate will rise 

Europe has been over 200,000 cases per day since October 22, peaking at 244,000 on October 26. 

Why do they have so many more cases than the US? 

When people just parrot talking points it’s obvious — because they can’t answer questions. 

They have no real understanding of what they’re talking about.

While some dummies will lament that there are 7 countries (of at least 4 million pop.) with death rates worse than ours, there are actually 129 countries with at least 4 million pop. and 121 are doing far better than the trump-regime!!  7  doing worse than trump 121 doing BETTER than trump   Bottom line.

This not "death rate"
Death rate is commonly used term to describe "deaths per million population"

Hypothetical example that proves case-fatality rate (which is NOT "Death rate") is definitely NOT the best measure for the performance of a government in combating a pandemic...

Country  A  has 330 million people

they conduct 8,154,594 test - many repeated on the same UNafflicted people

- and find 219,674 confirmed deaths for a ratio of deaths to TEST CASES of 2.7%

Using this dumbass measure to judge performance
we get 2.7 deaths to the number of tests performed,
and as I stated --- many on the same UNaffected person

Country B, with the same 330 million population,

only tests 10 people and 5 died.
By this measure, they have a 50% case-fatality rate.

So, bottom line, which government is PERFORMING better at protecting their citizens?

Country A with a 2.7% case-fatality-rate -- but 219,674 DEAD
or
Country B with a 50% case-fatality-rate -- but only 3 DEAD

Some dummies here don’t know how to calculate the "death rate" so the substitute a useless stat for judging PERFORMANCE OF A GOVERNMENT and use the "case-fatality-rate" instead -- which can make a bad performance look much better through statistical sleight of hand.

Wearing a mask social distancing good hygiene practices reduce the spread of germs

 Not really a grey area there disinfecting surfaces sterilizing dishes. This isnt. A new concept does the mask stop dry spore no. No it doesn't. But within the humidity and moisture releasing from the lungs the filter will trap moisture in breath hence stopping the spread of infected molecules will a mask and gloves do it alone. No proper sanitaziation is also needed . 20 seconds of hand washing after using toilet facilities. Hand sanitizer after touching dirty surface avoid eye nose and mouth contact with hands.....

WHO has developed guidelines in dealing with vaccine distribution. Taking into thr consideration of infection transmission due to mass gatherings. 

Some natiins ate adopting door to door lottery vaccination process. Our nation is utilizing the drug store drive through chains. But this is real and is becoming an uncontrollable monster....
