Packers not as explosive in this game. Under might well be the smart play. Run and gun type of game. Will the Packers cover the 13 pts? Not very likely. Everyone is on GREEN BAY after beating the Patriots. 13 is a lot.. and Falcons are undefeated here in Lambeau. Could be Packers first loss at home. Be on the lookout! Very close game if not, a blowout. 50/50 chance.

Agreed

The value lies on Atlanta here. Roddy White will return to improve their offense. Statistically offensively the Falcons and Packers are near identical (7 and 9th) and defensively both are among the worst in the NFL. (25th and 32). Is all of that worth almost two touchdowns? I don't think so.

Get ready for the Square Barage below this comment that say "Packers in a blowout" !!!!!! LOLOLOLOLOLOL

Are the Falcons as good as the Patriots? Because if not then I doubt the Packers will lose at home. Having said that, 12 1/2 points is normally a lot of points. And, Daniels did not practice today, Shields is out with a concussion so the Falcons may be able to run Jackson and take advantage of a drop down in skill set with House. The only question is, can the team that gives up the most yards in a game and fails to get off the field on third down 46% of the time stop Aaron Rodgers and crew. The Cardinals have a good defence but they have nothing that compares to the Pack on offence. Last Sunday was the Falcons' Super Bowl. This week will be a revelation and not in a good way. This is the kind of defence Rodgers loves to play against and I don't see him still playing by the 4th quarter. Anything under two TD's, take the Packers at home.

Under 55.5   Too cold for the Dirty Birds up north to do any scoring. They will want to fly south as fast as they can.

Texans, Saints, Lions, Vikings, Broncos, Packers..... I don't think any of these teams lose, so why not parlay them all together for triple my money? We'll see if I'm still alive come Monday Night...... Good Luck All.........

I know the Packers are riding a 4 game win streak,and 8 wins out of their last 9 games,but just think 11 points is too much to lay against a Falcon team that can put points up on the board themselves.
They too have alot riding on this game as they are trying to win the NFC South division even though that division stinks.
I see this game as a slugfest,with Atlanta putting it all out their for this game,and even walking away with the win.

I HAVE Atl + 13.5 and over 55.  Not doing anything until I see the weather.

Cold is fine,  Rain, sleet, wind, that's a game pick changer.

From the national weather service---- weather for Green Bay , Wisconsin for 12/8/14--tonite____ a chance of drizzle and flurries before 9 p.m.then a chance of flurries between 9 and 11 p.m. Cloudy,with a low around 29.West wind 5-10 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph. 60% chance of precipitation during the day with little or no accumulation expected. Sounds like good old Packer football weather to me ---- now to do some thinking about my bet ---read you guys later and I hope I added something to consider.....

So it's snowing in Lambeau so it  is this looking like an Under and Falcons + 13 or nah;
I was going to go with Rodgers but now it's snowing it seems like both teams will be struggling to score here. Not sure if this a good analysis but would like others input in this situation. Everyone is saying Greenbay can't cover this is a tough decision.

I'm going take under & Atlanta....maybe ML Atlanta----> thinking about it will be an interesting game for sure!

Last night I picked the Patriots & Under & Won going to try to keep it going....grrr

Both QB's like to throw but won't (weather) The +13 could loom large. The $$$ must've been going on the Falcons cuz I believe the spread was 14 -14 1/2. Anyway, weather should be a factor. :-)

Doubt weather will be a factor in the total.
Odds maker set the total at 55 which is high,and I'm sure factored in
the weather for tonights game,so all of those who are thinking under may want to reconsider.

Well lets see.New Orleans lost,Atlanta's got the tie breaker and the Packers have been destroying teams at home,right?Atlanta can score,but so could the Eagles,but Sanchez was the QB.Chicago is a team the Packers know(DivisionOpponents)and they changed up defensive strategy late by putting Mathews at middle LB.Oh by the way ,contrary to what these announcers claimed, that nite  was the first  time Clay played at middle linebacker,thats what he played at Southern Cal.Atlanta is well aware of the point spread being 13 point s,and well aware how much this game means,so they will be playing hard and when pro players really want to throw down in a game that means a lot,plus MNF in from of the nation,they are gonna leave it on the field.Winning the game...... NOT,but cover an inflated points.....yes!! Atlanta is the call here,but I would wait for a half point,instead of -13,take it at 13.5 or tease up 14. ATLANTA with meaning!!
