still makes me laugh that people have put so much emphasis on Manning in the cold weather...
he is 0-3 in the playoffs in cold weather... but (needless to say, since he played all of his previous home playoff games in a DOME), all of those games were on the road... 2 of them were against the Patriots, who went on to win the SB both of those years... and none of the games were blowouts... not to mention all of those games were at least 5 years ago, or more...
this game is at home... Manning has done well at home in the playoffs... and most importantly, this is a different team, with a better defense than any of Indy's teams while Manning was there... if you're gonna put so much stock... at least be able to assess it in the proper context, and how it relates to this game...
