Take Baltimore.  The Raiders do not have a defense if they had a little bit of one they would  won the Monday night game.

Chargers lost two offensive linemen and got pounded hard on all night by Oakland's O-line...short week facing another tough D.  It doesn't get any easier facing Baltimore, if anything it gets worse for San Diego.

Like to see where the line goes, but I think Baltimore at +3.5 might be the right side of this line.

On a side note, they get Miami in week 3 before they go to Pittsburgh in week 4...brutal.  GM may wear his phone out looking for O-linemen.

SD's running game was shut down by the Raiders. LT is looking old and slow, and now has a ankle injury. Now they face teh Ravens with one of the best run D's in the league, with 2 lineman out. They also have a short week to get people healthy. They will be stuffed running the ball and forced to pass all day, which will lead to picks and sacks.
 
Ravens easily could have held the Cheifs to 10, one TD was a blocked punt and another a INT return to the 6 yard line to set it up.
 
Flacco continues to improve, and Heap is finally healthy and back in dominant form. Remember how the Chargers got killed by Miller against the Raiders.
 
Ravens are a veteran team that is not affected much by road trips, therefore, they should be the fav here.

Safest play is the over here........Balt can throw it and run it this year......they don't just play D and wear you out.  They push the ball up and down the field.  SD will obviously do the same.  Take the over.

i think the over is the play.  if jamarcus had any skill at qb other than a rocket arm, the Raiders win that game.  they ran well, which set up the play action. miller ate up the middle of the chargers d.  chargers d looked like crap against the Raiders... the raiders...  

baltimore can score nowadays. expect SD to get a few too.  should have a bunch of turnovers in this game which will lead to bonus points. 

i just don't see a defensive game here.

the ravens are my team and this is a hard one for me. i do think the ravens are the better team and think the key in this game will be sproles catching the ball out of the backfeild and running back kickoffs. i wish LT was playing cuz i think sproles is better. i probaly will take baltimore on a 3 team 10 point tease wit greenbay and minny. hoping my boys win here but im afraid we might make some misteaks and beat are selves. if baltimore plays their game and doesnt shoot themselves in the foot we win easy... if raiders stuck with running the ball second half, raiders would've won that game...raiders were gettting close to 5 yards a pop...but decided that they paid jamarcus russell too much to be handing off the ball...the backup qb for raiders was a better passer than russell...f*#king raiders!  but i've digressed, ravens and the over.

I don't feel comfortable putting any money on this game seeing how bad San Diego played last week.  LT looked to be struggling out there to break it open for a run, but who knows what will happen week 2.  If San Diego is going to win its going to be on the shoulders of Sproles.  Am i willing to bet on the fact that he shows up to play or not....doubtful.  My best guess would be Baltimore +3 with the under.

forced to pass? remember the Chargers are if not the best pass team in the nfl, philip rivers held the highest passer rating in all of football, the raiders were helped out extremly by R.S. the new DE from new england dont buy into this CHARGERS -3

jamal williams injury is huge.  he is the foundation of SD 3-4 defense.  Baltimore will pound the rock, SD couldn't stop the Raiders from running on Monday night.  Play action will be in full effect.  Remember Cam Cameron knows SD personnel very well.  

The side is getting hammered Baltimore 80+% but no line movement. Something is fishy.  

As a SD fan, I would have to say Baltimore looks like the play.  I see this game as PICK or SD -1.  Buy it up to +3.5 and you'll be money.

Was gonna hammer Baltimore, but 80% is on the Ravens and the points and this thing hasn't moved, perhaps a half-point.

So I stayed off.

this to me is the game of the day, as far as gambling is concerned.  The ravens are now a dual threat offense going against a defense that looked terrible last week against oakland.  The Ravens will move the ball and Rivers will find ways as well.  BUt at the end of the day this game will be over the total and I think the ravens win.
